We would like to assist you in troubleshooting your product to allow full swaft of the product you're trying to spread. What you want to do is find the control lever for your Edgeguard It should be located on the right (when facing the front of the spreader) side of the handle, activate it and then deactivate it. The orange blocker on the agitator (to the left when facing the spreader) should be all the way to the back of the spreader now. This should allow you to obtain full swaft of the spreader.
