I bought this generator almost a month ago and I am glad that I did. This generator runs everything that I want it to run and gives me the convenience of never being without power. It is lightweight, portable, and does not hurt my back if I need to carry it. Also it is a great price and very quiet running.

Easy setup and operation. Comes with everything you need to get started except fuel, of course. (After adding the included oil and adding gas, it may take 5 or 6 pulls to get it started, but after that it has always started by the 2nd pull.) Fit and finish is good and product seems to be well thought out. (ex. lip or well around fuel fillup, to help contain small mistakes in refueling.) It does what its supposed to do, and so far I have 0 complaints. I obviously would reccomend this purchase to anyone in need a of quick, light, solution to smaller power needs.

I bought this item and it took me less than 10 minutes from out of the box and ready to use. It started right up after the second pull. And did not have to pull that hard. Hooked it up to my trailer and could use the electric saw and portable electric heater I had on the inside. Really unexpe4cted nice feature was the panel with all the connectors was surounded by LED's. So easy to see in the dark.

Just got this today. Just added oil and gas pulled cord twice and it was running. Plugged in a 1500 watt heater into and ran for an hour with no issues. Shut unit off for 15 minutes, then restarted it on first pull. Unit seems well built and is quiet. Good value for the money. This will nice for the deer shack.

The high school used this type of generator in their marching band. I was impressed with the size, weight, and low noise emittance. When I unboxed mine the instruction where easy to follow and setup was a breeze. The unit started up on the first pull of the cord and purred like a kitten.

Irecieved my IGen 2200 1 week ago today read instructions added provided oil and fresh non ethanol gas but could not get it to crank.Doubled checked oil level generator was on level concrete loosened vent cap checked spark plug and air filter . after letting unit rest multiple times I finally got it to crank but it would only run in start/choke position. no matter how long it ran if you moved off choke even a little bit it would die . this is without load and eco throttle off. Could not get help from support number and today makes 5 days since I called and recieved a case #.and a promise of a call back. Other observations I noticed were a loose main control knob and,metal fragments drained out from carburetor bowl from attached drain line when checking to see if gas was in the carburetor. Spark plug was poorly aligned with access port and was installed so tight from factory that supplied tool would not remove it. I have returned it and will try something different.

We bought this for our camping and fishing trips. It started the first time on the second pull. Easy to pull, has good instructions and easy to follow. Enjoy how compact it is and light weight. A quiet little machine and feel it will give us years of enjoyment and convenience.

After looking long and hard we bought this to take with us to use at an historic old home with no electricity. Coal oil lanterns provide light and ambiance but we need a generator to power two cPap machines and charge other devices. This was perfect! It was easy to transport and set up. I can imagine there might be other situations where the power is out and we need a reliable source of power. We would definitely recommend this product!

I am test running it now. I bought this because of low fuel consumption. O have gas heat and it should run the for Ed air furnace and some lights or a refrigerator and some fans. I plan to pair it wit a second one if I fine I need more wattage. This will allow me to run only what I need and if one fails I have another backup

Box corner crushed on receipt. Product OK. Suggest more cushioning. -Good unboxing experience. -Good intuitive controls and product labeling.- Liked included: Oil, Funnel, and plug wrench.- would suggest adding screw driver. -Very good Technical documentation. Appreciated Schematic, Parts list, exploded drawings, and valve lash adjustment instructions. Kudos to your Tech Writers. - Experienced difficulty removing service cover first time. There is no cover feature to aid removal.- Caused slight cosmetic blemish from prying with screwdriver.- Suggest addition of designated "pry points" or other feature to facilitate service cover removal.
