bought this iGen2200 on 7/15 and was delivered it by 7/19 as listed. I right away read the manual part. the quick start, and have it run for about 10mins without a load. I don't know if its noise level would be acceptable at the campsite that we plan to go @North Padre Island. But it looks like it would be a great source of power that we be needing. Yeah!

I ordered this item so I could have a portable generator that is not too heavy or bulky. The first thing I noticed after receiving it was that it was, in fact, small enough and light enough to be able to quickly pull it out and use it in an emergency. I was very impressed at the size and weight! The day I received it, I added gas and oil and put it to the test. It started immediately and was able to run a couple of appliances without any problems, which is exactly what I need it for. I'm sure it would have been able to power more lights etc. but I did not try it. I would definitely recommend this item to friends and relatives!

Bought on 8/1/20. Impressive right out of the box. Heavy with a solid feel. Unit well packed. Put in oil, gas, let set for couple minutes so carb can fill with fuel. Literally started on first pull. Ran quieter than I thought it would be. With no load and on ECO, didn't seem to run much above idle. I ran in my shop wide open, still was not that loud to me. Handled load with ECO and normal with no problem. Turned off twice, still started with one pull both times. For the price which I got it for, cannot be beat.

I was going to purchase a Honda generator until I read a Consumer Report article comparing it to the Westinghouse iGen2200. The Westinghouse was rated the same for half the price. So far it has been a breeze to operate and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I will primarily be using this to power televisions and sound speakers out at tailgates, and the occasional small appliances during power outages. I have not had the generator very long so I cannot speak to its overall dependability but after having it crank up on the first pull I can say that my confidence is high and I'm satisfied with my purchase.

The instructions were very good and easy to follow in preparation for starting. I am pleased it has a drain for the float bowl and that the oil filler funnel was threaded so there was no risk of spilling oil when filling it. I have only had it for a few days and am in the process of breaking it in . However it is hard to identify on and off for the eco mode without it written on the machine and my printed manual does not designate that. Fortunately I found that information online.

Excellent generator, I'm 66 years old, meaning that weight matters to me. I am able to move it around with ease. The noise level is extremely low which makes using it for our small travel travel a pleasant experience. Set up is very simple, remove the side access panel, add oil and gas, it couldn't be easier. It started on the first pull and runs extremely smoothly. We have plenty of power for our use so life is good.

Item received on Saturday, would not start after carefully following the instructions. My husband is excellent with machinery, but we have been unable to contact the company to receive technical help. The phone goes unanswered, or puts you on hold, then hangs up. Our first phone call was answered by a service, and we received an email asking for the serial number, which was immediately sent. No further response from them.This is Wednesday, and we will be returning the item. Very disappointed in the lack of response.

This is a great little generator. It starts right up and gives a very clean and smooth power. I use it as a small backup for power outages during storms that I don't expect to be too long. It's way more convenient to grab the iGen to power the modem, router, computer, tv, and video games as well as other small appliances such as the microwave and toaster oven. Also perfect for camping...

i am very impress how powerful this Generator is. very easy to set it up with the oil included on a bottle and the tools required. after you add oil, just add gasoline and ready . i enjoy that is not loud and three year limited warranty . I highly recommend this generator to my friends and those that runs out of power do to the storms .
