Easy set up, start and run. Works great with my 5th wheel and after installing a Micro-air easy start it will even run the 15k btu AC unit - great generator

I have only used the generator 3 times and so far it is working fine. Quiet and easy to start (usually 2 pulls). I have run power saw lights and small air compressor and worked great.

Small, relatively lightweight and well balanced to move around, even for a somewhat older user. The manual is good, to the point, but one thing I had to find out on the internet from other reviews was that the ease of starting and the idling later on in use depends upon a bit of a run-in. Now starts on first or second pull, which isn't too hard, and once running, I can now back down from full choke to have it run without stuttering

Easy to handle. Sips gas and is very quiet in efficiency mode. Bought two of these and ran them in parallel for 7.5 hours without needing to add gas. Actually, there was quite a bit of gas left in each tank. No problems powering three 7 cu. ft. chest freezers, each rated at 9 amps startup (1.5 amps continuous ). In fact, one generator could run all three freezers by staggering the startup of each freezer. Very happy with this generator at a fraction of the cost of a Honda.

A little louder than I expected but still quieter than most generators I have seen. Whilst breaking in I got over 9 hours from the first tank of fuel, If run on eco-mode I am sure it would get the 12 hours stated from a tank of fuel. I decided on this generator due to research on reviews, This one has very good reviews, I definitely made the right choice with this one. Its quiet and well made. Runs everything on our motor home EVEN the onboard huge old AC unit. Very happy with the purchase. gets my vote :-)

Great little inverter. Easy set up. Very quiet compared to my 6k watt generator. Little heavier then I thought but still manageable. Bought during a pre black friday sale. Well worth the cost of admission. Turned on smoothly and ran flawlessly.

Got the generator on sale so for the price, nice for small power needs. Would not have bought it at the regular price. Not big enough for 15,000 BTU AC on the RV which is why I purchased, but using in my out building where I do not have any power. Only 4 stars as the Choke and Run switch not working as instructed. I have to leave it in the choke position to keep it running. Email customer service almost a week ago but no response. Will try to call, so have questions about the customer service. Could be slower response due to Covid.

Came as described, started and produced electricity. bought as a backup. Don't trust the manufacture for the "free" cover if you give a review, haven't see the one they promised.

I bought two of these inverters at the same time. I followed the start up directions exactly and yet one of them would not even start and the other one idles inconsistently even with no load. I took the one that would not start back to the store. The one that runs seems to do ok supporting a refrigerator and a small fan. I guess I'll keep the second one.

Purchased on sale, great value. Took extra long time to arrive. Didn't even ship until after original delivery date. After setting up, started 3 try. Afterwards always first pull. Would hardly run when in run position. Had to have it just slightly above choke position to run. That leads me to believe it was running very lean and starving for fuel. It would run a bit better if vent was turned off. Contacted Sams first and could not have asked for a better experience. Was told I would be sent a return label and monies refunded. I told them I wanted to try it for a few days and see if it got any better. I did and it didn't. It would not produce enough power to run a small microwave in my travel trailer. Contacted Westinghouse because I really wanted it to work. I got someone who only dispatched calls to technicians and was told I would be contacted by a technician. Waited 3 days and was never contacted. Called again and same song. Told them to cancel my request, I would return the generator to seller. Contacted SamsClub again and was told since they were out of stock, I could return to my local Sams for a refund. Did so today, took about 5 minutes in the store. Sams 5 stars, Westinghouse 1.
