Started on the first pull! Pretty quiet, a lot more quiet than a leaf blower or lawn mower. Instructions were clear. I ran the 5 hours of break in time and plan to run it monthly so it is ready if needed. Sam's shipping was lightning fast.....3 work days!

After tossing out the spoiled food from my refrigerator because of Ian, I begin looking for a solution to my problem. We were without power for 6 days. As luck would have it, Sam's Club had this unit on sale and all oof the good reviews sold me on the fact that this was the unit for me. Haven't had to use it yet but it is noticeable quiet during the break in period. Glad that I have this to falll back on in the future.

Just Right Purchased this generator and placed oil and gasoline as per the manual. Two pulls and started up. perfect size for tailgating. Ran crock pots and coffee makers and you did not know it was there. Love it. Also, upon purchase, tentative arrival date was mid-December. Purchased arrived within one week of purchase, just in time for tailgating. Awesome unit

I purchased this generator to use at the racetrack for battery chargers, fans and a crook pot. The unit started with one pull and is very quiet. I like the Data Center for information on the generator status. I am very happy and will be testing it out at the track next weekend.

Ease of use. Consirable noise output. Noticed that there is no oil filter, which can keep the oil cleaner. Has a clear smoke from the exhaust. Has a longer running time compared to other brands per fuel consumption. The electrical output is reliable. Used it at work when travelling in a light duty delivery truck.

Lightweight and very quiet. Surprising amount of power for size and weight. Runs everything on my camper except the air conditioner. So quiet you can barely hear it with windows closed. Tankful of gas lasts all night with just lights, battery charger, and refrigerator. If the sale was still on I would buy a second one to link in and run the AC. (If you are new to inverter generators, you need to know that you can link two of them together to increase the power output.)

I haven't had a chance to try it out yet due to having knee surgery but it looks like a nice piece and has the features and portability that I wanted.I have studied the manual and there is upkeep and maintenance that has to be done to keep it operating properly for a long time.It did arrive quickly and without any issues.Looking forward to trying it out pretty soon once I recuperate.

Got the generator on sale so for the price, nice for small power needs. Would not have bought it at the regular price. Not big enough for 15,000 BTU AC on the RV which is why I purchased, but using in my out building where I do not have any power. Only 4 stars as the Choke and Run switch not working as instructed. I have to leave it in the choke position to keep it running. Email customer service almost a week ago but no response. Will try to call, so have questions about the customer service. Could be slower response due to Covid.

Great little inverter. Easy set up. Very quiet compared to my 6k watt generator. Little heavier then I thought but still manageable. Bought during a pre black friday sale. Well worth the cost of admission. Turned on smoothly and ran flawlessly.

Good value. Ran fine out of box. Definitely need to purchase a magnetic drain plug. Lots of material in oil after first hour of running. Good idea to change oil before the owners manual recommends- cheap insurance against engine issues and helps extend engine life. Proper break in will help. This looks to be made by generac. Good limited frills unit. Throttle down mode cuts exhaust noise significantly. Doesn't have a gauge for fuel qty and hours Like the 2500 model - but may be a positive as that can be one more item to break.
