First unit received had shipping damage (cracked exterior case). Sam's Club handled the exchange very efficiently. In fact replacement arrived before damaged generator was picked up by FedEx for return. Westinghouse iGen2200 started right up & powered a small space heater & refrigerator without any problems for break in period. Is nice to have peace of mind that I can keep essentials powered up in case of interruption.

this is my second Westinghouse . I have learned to run them in a little at a time not just throw the high wattage to them all at once. The biggest complaint is thy rate them at 1800 and 2200 but put a 15 amp breaker on them and when they surge it pops the breaker. But all in all they are as good as the Honda and a lot less money.

This is the second Westinghouse iGen2200 we bought. It is to increase the one we have from 15 amps to 30 amps using a twining cord. We chose a second small generator rather then one big one because of the weight. Less then 50Lbs each compared to 1000 Lbs plus for the larger unit. This one as did the first, after unboxing, adding oil and fuel fired up after 3 pulls. Extremely pleased.

Used it for the first time today when we lost power. Already broken in so it started right up after two pulls. Keep my fridge running and that was all I really cared about. Using non-ethanol gas as I read some reviews on keeping it in ready condition.

Very disappointed when we finally received it. It didn't work. No instructions. After breaking down part of the engine there was a screw stopping up the fuel line. Still did not work called a friend that is a mechanic. He took it apart further to realize apparently it had either been used before or tested in factory and fuel had gunned up some needle in the engine he had to clean that out and then it finally worked. So that cost me additional money to get it repaired. We needed it for Hurricane Laura. So that we wouldn't lose food in the freezer and refrigerator.

Good value. Ran fine out of box. Definitely need to purchase a magnetic drain plug. Lots of material in oil after first hour of running. Good idea to change oil before the owners manual recommends- cheap insurance against engine issues and helps extend engine life. Proper break in will help. This looks to be made by generac. Good limited frills unit. Throttle down mode cuts exhaust noise significantly. Doesn't have a gauge for fuel qty and hours Like the 2500 model - but may be a positive as that can be one more item to break.

Great little inverter. Easy set up. Very quiet compared to my 6k watt generator. Little heavier then I thought but still manageable. Bought during a pre black friday sale. Well worth the cost of admission. Turned on smoothly and ran flawlessly.

Followed all the instructions and started it up at home. It worked great and was able to run the lights int he shop. I just took it camping too, and it ran for hours on one fill-up. It is fairly quiet compared to other generators, and you can hear it, but it is not too loud and you can still talk over it.

Just Right Purchased this generator and placed oil and gasoline as per the manual. Two pulls and started up. perfect size for tailgating. Ran crock pots and coffee makers and you did not know it was there. Love it. Also, upon purchase, tentative arrival date was mid-December. Purchased arrived within one week of purchase, just in time for tailgating. Awesome unit

Got the generator on sale so for the price, nice for small power needs. Would not have bought it at the regular price. Not big enough for 15,000 BTU AC on the RV which is why I purchased, but using in my out building where I do not have any power. Only 4 stars as the Choke and Run switch not working as instructed. I have to leave it in the choke position to keep it running. Email customer service almost a week ago but no response. Will try to call, so have questions about the customer service. Could be slower response due to Covid.
