Purchased this generator with hopes not to need it. Just wanted to have something in case our power failed and needed to maintain the freezer for frozen breastmilk. (While running other electrical whatnot, too, of course.) Believe it or not, about 48 hours after the unit arrived, we lost power..!! Meanwhile, the unit works easily, it's not terribly loud, and it provides the power it's supposed to,

We bought this about a month ago right after hurricane Ian here in Florida! Got tired of lugging the huge two man generator from the office. Was without power for 3 days! Never again! I am certain this will work out great for next hurricane season! Very happy looks really durable!! Already have referred neighbors to this easy to store product!!!

I just ordered this generator and it arrived in 2 days! The price was great for the features this model has. Owners manual is the best I have seen in 30 years which includes parts diagrams and part numbers for every component. It even includes wiring diagram schematics for future troubleshooting. All instructions are very well written. The included funnel and spark plug tools will help immensely. Could not be happier with my purchase!

Just received and have run through the start-up and break in period. Plan to take on a elk hunting trip in Montana. Ran it through the breaking period here in Georgia at 1000ft elevation have purchased and waiting on delivery of a high altitude from Westinghouse. Just ran it connected to a large fan in my shop during the break-in period occasionally turning the fan on and off and running at different speeds. It did have an initial whine in the generator but believe by breaking it in correctly the whining is a thing of the past as it no longer is apparent. Likes: - Compact package, - low noise, - ease of starting, - overall design and appearance. Simple and straight forward is a good thing. Yet to be determined: Longevity, ruggedness, performance in colder climate at high elevations. Looking forward to testing it in Montana and using on other fishing, hunting and camping expeditions. Thus far this looks like a real value item compared to others for the money spent.

Took it camping on a long weekend and it worked like a champ. The generator came with oil, which is very easy to fill. It started on the first pull after I filled it with gas. It is quiet for a generator as I watch a movie with the generator right outside of the camper, so nice compared to my old loud generator. The price can't be beat compared to the leading name brand generator. I highly recommend it.

I recently purchased this generator. I received it surprisingly fast. It was packed well and had excellent instructions. After following the steps to prepare it for running, I simply pulled the cord a few times and it was off and going. I started the testing by plugging in a dehumidifier. No problem. Then came the 1500 watt electric radiator heater. No problem. Finally I plugged in my larger air compressor, 14amps. Again no problem. It did everything it was rated to do. I believe I should have good service out of this product.

I live in Hurricane Alley, so getting a week without power happens too often. This unit is powerful, compact, easy to use, comparatively light and easy to store in between storms. It doesn't replace the regular power, but it's big enough to run the fridge, lights and fans, recharge phones, etc.

Started right up! Concerns about the side/cover that needs to be removed to add/check oil. Two screws only, but several snap in rivets - not confident the cover will survive the necessary open/close to check oil before each use during the life of the warrantee.

I bought this iGen2200 after Hurricane Ian and being without power for 24 hours. The iGen2200 met my criteria for clean power, portability, capacity and price. I haven't had the opportunity to use the iGen2200 in an emergency situation, but the initial startup and break in went without a hitch. I'm not looking forward to the need to use the iGen2200, but it's comforting to know that it's available if the need ever arises.

The unit is unbelievably quiet for a gas-powered engine. Very easy to start and the controls are intuitive. Glad to have this for small projects, and to back-up critical things in the event of a power outage (like our refrigerator, computers, etc.).
