Will use 2000/2500 generator for emergencies. First start on first pull - impressive. After long warm-up, turned machine off, waited couple minutes and with motor hot it started first pull once again. No leaks, odors, all fasteners tight right out of the box - a sign of good quality control. Excellent warranty of 3 years for an inexpensive product. Can't speak for longevity that will need to be proven with time.

Generator came 6 weeks early and in great shape. I was afraid it would languish on a container ship all winter!! It was nicely packaged and directions were straight forward. Have not started it yet, I need to get fresh gas first! I'm sure it will be a smooth operator!

This is a nice unit overall. I would prefer it had a manual fuel shut off on the selector knob prior to the kill switch turning the unit off. It would be much more convent to run the carburetor dry then having to taking the side panel off to drain the carburetor. The side panel vibrated and was louder than the entire generator running. It was very annoying. I installed some foam tape along the bottom of the panel where it was resonating to eliminate the noise. I just finished the break in period and so far everything seems to be working well. I like the unit overall.

I bought this on sale March 1 2019 on sale for a truck camper was planning to purchase so haven't used much but starts easily I had a friend that used his Westinghouse generator 8 hours a days 5 days a week for over a year and ran dependable just adding gas & changing oil

This is my first generator. I spent lots of review comparing other models before making my decision. I like this product's warranty period. Just tried today and l like the sound as it says on the box (low tone muffler). Tested 1500w heat gun and others. It performed very well and I can sense this is definitely a good buy. When I put its first oil, I can see its inside by removing the cover. It looks very well made and I don't feel any cheapy from materials.

The generator runs very quiet and is easy to start. I would give five stars but I had a moment where it quit and would not start again for two days. I guess it got out of sequence or something. It happened to me during a storm outage, so it was pretty disappointing.

I bought this generator both for back-up emergency power to my larger generator and use for my unpowered pole barn /property. Having a bad shoulder, I was pleased that it started on first pull. I am pleased with the quiet operation and running speed adjustment for power need. Once it passes test of time, I would upgrade to 5 stars.

Started my Westinghouse - iGen2200 today. First time and it started on the first pull. Much quieter that my father-in-laws older model. I ran our 10amp high speed blower fan, and connected up our 60in HD TV. Ran it for over 15 minutes. Didn't show any signs of running hard. Can't wait to use it camping next weekend.

I purchased the iGen2200 to take with me when I go out star gazing. At my first attempt to start it, the iGen2200 started on the second pull (extremely easy to pull start). With one tank of fuel I ran it for 6 hours and still had fuel left over in the tank. I powered my electronic telescope, laptop & additional 22 inch monitor, lamp, boombox & two 800 watt PA Speakers and charged two iPhones, twice each, during the 6 hours. It is SUPER QUIET! I placed the iGen2200 100 feet away from us and the only way we knew it was running was by looking at the green output light. And hats off to you Westinghouse; I grew up using and working on small engines and typically I can smell one running from 500 feet away or more. Not with my iGen2200, I had to walk right up on it to smell it running and I must say, although it was exhaust (disgusting) it was not that intrusive. Also, it is easy to transport. I am just an average person of medium build and I carried iGen2200, with a full tank of fuel, about 50 yards using just one hand. I am exceptionally happy with my purchasing the iGen2200.

I bought the iGen 2200 in August. It arrived within two weeks and I was kept up to date on delivery process. Once it arrived, the set up instructions were easy to follow and I had it working right away. It powered a couple of extension cords just fine. I think this will serve my needs for power outages very well. It is around 47 pounds so I have placed it on a rolling cart to make it easier to move from storage.
