The Unit came packed good and I put oil and gas in to run it and it only runs with the choke on. If I turn the choke off it cuts off. I have a call in to Westinghouse and they said a tech would call in 3-5 business days. It's a good thing it's not an emergency right now.

I bought this generator recently, so I havent used it too much. However, it was packaged well, and came with very clear instructions. After adding all fluids it fired up on about the 5th pull and idled perfectly. I have about 3 hrs on it now and everything is perfect. The ONLY thing that could be a con is its a little louder than I thought it would be, but still pretty quiet.

I have this unit only a short time but have used it several times. This unit works great and is all it was said to be. I have another unit for some time and it cost twice as mutch but the units both are about the same in performance. The only diferance this one cost 1/2 as much.

Has all the features and power I need...very easy to start; runs quiet; has the features needed to save gas and generate good amount of power....wish it was designed with more weather resistance so you could use it during wet conditions but this design deficiency seems to plaque most portable generators

Followed instructions to start. Not being mechanically inclined, there were a couple small irritations. I loosened screws to the engine oil fill/drain plug service panel, but then had to pry it off. Then instructions stated to use the entire bottle of engine oil -- a bit too much. I had about a 5" diameter puddle on the driveway to clean. Those are minor, added to my massive volumes of lessons learned, and will not be an issue in the future. I liked the way the funnel worked to help eliminate messes. The iGen2200 started first time, ran well, and seemed to handle every test, though I did not do enough to really stress it. It shut off and started again effortlessly. I expect that I would add a fourth star to this review with more use. ....and a fifth star if it exceeds expectations, which are already high.

I purchased two of these for camping with my 30ft. travel trailer. I must say this little generator puts out the power. It's very light and runs for a long time, very fuel efficient. It's very quiet too! I watched some youtube videos on it because I wasn't sure it had enough beef to run my air conditioner. It certainly does! I highly recommend it.

I just got this earlier in the week and tested it today. I like the portability and it seems to work well. It is quiet and runs smooth, I like the efficiency mode, it should come in handy if I need to run it through the night when just the refrigerator is running. There are many warning about it being out in the rain and sitting on wet surfaces. This was disappointing. Generators have to be outside so they should be built to withstand the elements. My old generator was. Still it like it though. Smaller and more powerful than my old generator. Many nice features. Might have to build a cover for it.

As advertised, it started on the first pull and puts out stable 125 volts. It registered 70db at ten feet using my iphone app, which registers normal conversation at 65db. So, it is quiet enough at full rpm, and will run two refrigerators at the same time. The carburetor drain is easy for long term storage, as well as oil drain chute. Great machine for the price. I wish I had this after Hurricane Dorian hit my friends house in the Bahamas.

Great generator! Starts on first or 2nd pull every time, runs strong and steady. Economy mode works perfect, throttles down to idle when power demand is low, throttles up when demand increases. Pretty darn low noise too. Great engineering went into the case design and the controls. Its heavy enough but easily manageable.

I like this Generator. It is super quiet. It starts on the second pull. I have had it for 2 years now. I use it most in the summer for camping. Each year it is very easy to winterize. The instructions in the manual are straight forward and easy to follow. I would buy another one if I ever went somewhere were I needed two of them to run the air conditioner. But, so far I have only needed the one.
