Only had a chanced to use it once. Took the published 20 pulls to get this model started. Once it started, it hummed at about 59-61db on idle, at 10 ft., using free phone app. Quick run up to cover a circular saw start up surge, then maintained the necessary output, while I cut some trex boards. Can't wait till I take it camping.

Easy set up after unboxing, added oil and gas, engaged choke, cranked on the second pull. Done a 5 hour break in, changed oil. Ran the gas out, now will be putting it to a test on several different loads. Run time is unbelievable on this generator, just hope it will stay running when it's really needed. Time will tell...

I bought this generator last month. I had another cheap before and was always problem, I need to add oil to the gas, running out the gas soon. Now I am so happy with this product. It work almost in silence, more than 9 hours with only one gallon of gas. No need oil because is 4 strokes, again I am so happy

This is the 2nd unit I've purchased in a year. they work great and are very quiet. We had a large power outage in July of this year, and this unit ran 3 freezers and our fridge. That's why I bought another one ,Also bought a parallel cable to run 2 at once

When I got this and first tried to start it, it did not run and gas was pouring out of the carburetor. But I took off the float bowl and readjusted the seal and then it fired right up. It runs the AC in my RV like a charm. Well worth the money!!! Glad I didn't spend three times as much for one of the big name brands!

I was updating from a (store brand) 800/900 2-cycle standard generator. I wanted quiet and clean and more power. While the 2200 is probably not quite big enough to run my RV AC, it will easily run everything else. And, at 50 vs 100lbs for a bigger unit, this is something I can manage for those times when I need it. I'm anxious to start boondocking and give it a workout.

Purchased this generator to use at the race track to charge batt for my racecar. It is not heavy at all and very portable. Started on the 1st pull. It is very quiet. Charged my 48v golf cart and 16v car batt at the same time No problem. Very impressed and I recommend this to anyone looking for a portable generator.

Started on 2nd pull. Runs just about as quite as the red brand. I would have given it 5 stars but it has a slight clanging sound coming from the recoil on the pull starter. Hope this does not become an issue later. For now it is almost not noticable.

After many conversations, I bought this to replace my father's 40 year old generator. He needed something light enough that he could lift it in and out of his vehicle, would run the basic electrical items he wanted, and that was quiet. After the break in period I gave him the generator. He loves that he can run his microwave or an electric heater and it's still very quiet.

This is the second one i have bought, I was camping with an Aunt and Uncle, and they liked the generator so much I sold the first one to them, and purchased another one because i liked the first one so much, I have had no problems with this unit, the second one I bought, I took out of box,ADDED OIL, and started it up, no problems, it ran great, I tested it out with a couple electric tools, and again it worked great, I am sure this one will be a great unit also, and i am planning on purchasing another one along with the coupling kit
