Very good design and easy to work on. Started on 2nd pull. Runs quieter than I expected. Had a few assembly errors though: there was foam rubber pinched between the rocker cover and the head; the large rubber isolator tunnel around the muffler was not installed correctly, and the air filter element was installed backward. I saw some of these that had a weather strip around the access door but mine did not.

This is a great inverter generator. Just as light, quiet and reliable as a much more expensive major model I own. I am pairing two of the igen2200 and they easily handle our RV's air conditioner. We have two RVs, both 30 amp, one with a 15k a/c and the other a 13.5k. These two units easily handle the load without a soft start. I did try using the softstartup portable unit with just one of the inverter generators, but each a/c was too much for the setup.

I just got this igen2200 and I'm glad I did. Too often in todays market products just don't quite cut it - something is missing, the manual is incomplete and/or in broken English. Westinghouse has done an admirable job of designing and delivering a generator that works as well as I wanted it to, with all the right parts, manual and tools. This has been properly thought out and has exceeded my expectations for appearance, setup and operation. Within minutes my igen2200 was running and powering my emergency equipment in a successful test. It starts easily and reliably and delivered the power it promises.

After looking long and hard we bought this to take with us to use at an historic old home with no electricity. Coal oil lanterns provide light and ambiance but we need a generator to power two cPap machines and charge other devices. This was perfect! It was easy to transport and set up. I can imagine there might be other situations where the power is out and we need a reliable source of power. We would definitely recommend this product!

One of the easiest things I have used recently. Everything you need to get going (Except gas) was in the box. Tools and Oil (exact amount - save the container for future use) was in the box....fill up with fuel...set to choke and pull the cord...only took two pulls.

I recently purchased and everything was included ( oil and funnel) Started on 1st pull. Plugged in 50" TV and center channel speaker/ Sub. The test run was perfect and very quiet. Looking forward to adding TV and sound system at next tailgate party

I bought the iGen 2200 in August. It arrived within two weeks and I was kept up to date on delivery process. Once it arrived, the set up instructions were easy to follow and I had it working right away. It powered a couple of extension cords just fine. I think this will serve my needs for power outages very well. It is around 47 pounds so I have placed it on a rolling cart to make it easier to move from storage.

Started right up after unboxing and adding oil and gas. Knew that it was supposed to be quiet, but was more so than expected. The traffic going by the house was louder. You can easily have a conversation standing right next to it without raising your voices. Gets louder with a load on it, but still quieter than expected. Very pleased!

Powerful small generator. Easy to use and quiet. We are very glad we bought it. Just used it for a party at the lake. Kept the food hot, the lights lit and the music coming. We bought it for when the power goes out. But since it is easy to take places it will be used much more than for just that.

Love this little gem. Starts right away and just quietly purrs along cranking out enough power for our basic RV site or blackout needs. To run our RV A/C unit, I plan to team it up (with the available parallel connector) to a second Westinghouse inverter generator. They will both store discretely in the bed of my pickup under the tonneau cover where they are always available on a moment's notice.
