This started great but the red OVERLOAD light will not turn off and it won't power anything. But it runs great, it just doesn't work!! This is brand new out of the box and it's useless without turning the light to green "READY INDICATOR." I'm giving it 1 star for starting and running. Now I have to drain it to return it. This item is worthless. Get a different generator from another company.

Just received this iGen2200. Followed the startup directions...started on the 5th pull. Very quiet...no problems running my sump pump, which is the main reason for my purchase (for emergency, as well as refrigerator. Hope I never have to use it "for real"!

I bought this generator recently, so I havent used it too much. However, it was packaged well, and came with very clear instructions. After adding all fluids it fired up on about the 5th pull and idled perfectly. I have about 3 hrs on it now and everything is perfect. The ONLY thing that could be a con is its a little louder than I thought it would be, but still pretty quiet.

Consumer reports gave us a great review so I bought it. It is quiet as they say and that is the main feature that attracts me. It is great for charging small appliances although I can have a four line battery charger and one big item also running off it. I've only had it a couple days but it seems to be a great Generator.

First off you cannot beat the value of this generator, cannot... Second, the owners manual is VERY well written. Third, started out of box on 3rd pull with fresh fuel... Bonus, and this IMPORTANT... "Service Specifications" on the outside side panel of this unit. I cannot state HOW useful and thoughtful this is because I guarantee most if not all of us someday will be glad these specs are here when we cannot find the manual...

After doing a great deal of research, I purchased this generator. More than enough power to handle my tasks. Machine is quiet and offers enough outlets for my needs. I really like the retractable handle, something I missed seeing during my research.

I love the design overall. This generator is much quieter than any other generator that I have been around. It is easy to start and stop and much more fuel efficient. We bought this item to run our sump pump in case of a power outage (and other small items like a phone). The only change that I would make to the design is to make it easier to access the oil reservoir. I would highly recommend this item to anyone needing some backup power!

This product was just as described - small, compact, and efficient. I particularly liked how quiet it runs, and how long it will run with a full tank of gas (I have not tested this feature, yet). Easy to start, and I believe it is quieter than other major brand competitors

I bought this generator almost a month ago and I am glad that I did. This generator runs everything that I want it to run and gives me the convenience of never being without power. It is lightweight, portable, and does not hurt my back if I need to carry it. Also it is a great price and very quiet running.

I like the casing which is blue not glossy finish. Simple to operate and understand the control panel. The maintenance is straight forward. At the side of the panel listed the oil capacity and oil type, fuel capacity, and all the specification of the generator.
