I purchased the IGen2200 August of 2020 to use in our Class B RV. I own 4 other gensets, but nothing as quiet or handily portable. (it fits behind the driver's seat) We took it on a trip into Wisconsin and Minnesota using it off and on over 4 weeks. It ran the roof AC & kept the house battery charged with no problem. Again later in November on a 3-day trip, then winterized it. Just now pulled it out, (Oct, 2021) gave it a little fuel, and fired up on the 3rd pull after nearly a year in storage. It runs a long while on a gallon, mat not be quite as quiet as the most expensive units - but nearly so. (I have comparative experience with the pricy red ones..) So, so far, so good! Gave 4 stars for being only slightly louder, but would prefer to give 4.5 as it runs great! Let's see how it lasts over the years with proper care. I've been recommending it to many others. I am gonna enjoy having the two units that weigh only about 40 lbs and are easy to transport and i will have about 3600 running watts for about $875$ i got both on sales and made off pretty good. A Honda at 3600 running watts is about $4000 these are just about as quiet just by a margin is the westinghouse louder..

We bought this portable generator because my husband uses a cap machine at night & thought in case a power failure occurs, it would be just the thing to power his machine. Westinghouse is a trustworthy name, & we are very confident the generator will serve us well!!

So, after borrowing my neighbors 2,000w portable generator for 5 days during a power outage, I decided to do some looking and buy one of my own. Looking at all of the reviews and comparing features, I decided to give the Westinghouse iGen2200 a shot. It sure looks great out of the box and I hope I don't have to use it any time soon, but if I do, I'm confident it will work perfectly!

I only bought this a couple days ago and just got it so I have not used it yet after the research I did I determined that this was a good model for me I will give it a try when I go out camping and do further reviews from there. At this point it came faster than expected it looks great the packaging was excellent

I just received this Gen. Set up was very easy and straight forward. I added oil, gas and opened the vent. It fired right up. I let it warm up, tried efficiency mode and the RPM's dropped to a low idle. I plugged in a circular saw and gave it a shot. Its working very well so far. A nice little unit.

I purchased (2) iGen2200 generators and followed all the instructions. Both generators started on the first pull!! Very quiet and everything I expected. Our RV has a 8000btu air conditioner and when hooked up the generator doesnt even increase rpm's. Love these generators , they are everything I could expect!!! Looking forward to the bonus inverter covers...

I've been needing a small generator for years. After going back and forth on Chamion, Predator, and others. I landed on the igen2200 after reading al the reviews, research, watching side by side comparisons. It powered our camping birthday party from the teapots, soundsystem, lights, phone charging. Entire weekend was run on 2 gallons of gas with leftovers. Two pulls with clutch to initially start from box, single pulls each time after.

I am new to the use of the generator. I will say I ran for 1 hour to break in and it was very quite. I then loaded with a half fridge and a couple strands of lights and the decibels hardly went up. I ran for 1 hour and it never quit. I purchased for camping and am anxious to try it out more.

This generator is brand new out-of-the-box and it started right up the first two issues I have is the shut off valve would not turn the motor off as it turns out it was not making contact with the microswitch inside and secondly the fuel valve knob was not secured it simply fell off the generator but other than that it ran fine
