This engine starts with the first pull. Amazing... It will run everything I have except for my mid-size air compressor but I wasn't expecting it would. We bought it to run an oxygen machine should the power go out. This will work perfectly for that; running 12 hours on a gallon of gas. Five gallons of gas should get us through most every power outage. Perfect! It runs our hotplates and small heaters but not all at the same time. I see us using this generator a lot! Portable and ready to go. We live at 6,400 feet. It runs at full power up here.

I have an acre and a half and this will be great to do those power washing fences, etc., chores with this lightweight generator. This generator only has one great flaw that I can see. The Oil filling chamber is protected by a door that has to be taken off by a screwdriver. The other being actually filling the oil! Way too much of an angle!!

I have commented once on these generators gen number 1, and my opinion has not changed on what a quality generator this is. So quiet and smooth running. I own a large trailer and didn't want to overload just 1, so I bought number 2 and a parallel cord. Now I have no worries about what my family needs power while camping etc. A great purchase. This is the first generator I ever bought. I've used them quite a bit at work. I got it to mostly power My food in the two fridges in the freezer we have in case we have power outages since there's a lot of money in there I. did some research online combined with the owners manual and decided to do a 5 hour break in. I saw some guys recommending that they just left it idling for 1 to 5 hours but just like my car and from some other recommendations I decided to vary the speeds. Actually the owners manual says to do that also. I kept it under 900 w. I wasn't sure how to do that so I went and got one of those plug-in watt meters which was really nice. The blow dryer and a heat gun work perfectly. I varied between all the hi/low cool/warm/hot settings and was able to get it to go from about 100 w all the way to about just under 900 w. I'd run anywhere from about a minute to five minutes or so under load and then idle it for 10-15 minutes or so And let it cool down. I used high-octane 93 gas. With some fuel stabilizer in case it sits there for a little while. After the break in I also added some oil additive to my full synthetic 5W-30. One thing I wanted to do but forgot was use conventional 10W-30 for the break in. But I accidentally used my full synthetic for the first two hours.. I also bought a magnetic oil cap because that supposed to capture the oil shavings during the break in time. .When I first started it it was a pretty good cloud of smoke for a couple minutes. And it was a little rough. But once it got rolling it seemed to run pretty smooth. For some reason when I Used about 350 W on the blow dryer it ran a little uneven and rough even at the very end of the break in period so I'm not sure what that's about.. But during the last 15 minutes [after the 5 hrs] when I went full blast on the dryer it was up to 1600 W and sounding really smooth and also smooth idling. That was on my final oil change with the full synthetic and I even put a little additive in there One thing I was a little surprised about was how loud it was. Everyone talked about how whisper quiet was so I was a little surprised but I think that's because our work ones were a little quieter. I'm really happy with it so far. I hope it lasts. I tried to do everything I could during the break and to make it last for a long time

I bought this to run a blower fan while working in the field, (mobile mechanic). While I haven't put it thru it's paces as of yet I did fire it up, (very easy) and plugged the fan in and as expected it runs with no problem, the engine doesn't even come off idle with the efficiency mode on. You can have a normal conversation standing right next to it and not have to raise your voice. Runs very smoothly.

this is my third Westinghouse the first is not the same as the Igen2200 the first is an older model but still works good the two others will link and give me 50 amp service for my RV the best thing is I can lift them in my truck. they are some what quiet about the same as a Honda but much cheaper and made in USA I think?

Very light...anyone can carry it. Very quiet and will power your essential equipment like your refirgerator. You can alternate between refrigerator and other essential like TV, lights, fan, lapto charging and cell charging. Will keep mine near always.

I bought this product after Hurricane Ian, we had no power or electricity and the Westinghouse Inverter Generator2200 ( I Gen 2200 ) was of great help to us. I followed the instructions and it started immediately.We were able to run a Refrigerator Freezer, several lights , a fan, a small TV and charged our phones with the 2 USB Ports. The I Gen 2200 inverter was incredibly quiet compared to our neighbors generator. The I Gen 2200 was great on fuel, and oil and it's light weight made it easy to handle. I bought a matching blue10 gauge Westinghouse extension cord to match. Thank You Westinghouse!!!.

I bought this generator last month. I had another cheap before and was always problem, I need to add oil to the gas, running out the gas soon. Now I am so happy with this product. It work almost in silence, more than 9 hours with only one gallon of gas. No need oil because is 4 strokes, again I am so happy

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and it has performed better than expected. I purchased it based off a lot of great reviews with some hesitation but I will say that I am happy with my purchase so far. I really liked how easy it started the first time I used it and how quiet of a run cycle it produced.
