I bought this generator as part of a set to bridge and provide 40-50 amps for my travel trailer. I unboxed it, filled with oil and fuel. It started on the second pull and runs great. Connecting it using the bridging cables was easy and straight forward. The unit is exactly as advertised.

I purchased this generator the last week in August when hurricane Laura was predicted to hit Houston dead on. It didn't hit us, but did major damage in Louisiana, so I did not need it at the time and it sat in the box in the garage. I contemplated returning, but figured I would need it eventually and boy was I glad we had it when Texas failed to look out for its citizens allowing us to be stranded 4 days with NO POWER and, for us, no water due to pipes bursting on account of the lack of power during this abnormal cold spell we had here in Houston!! I had originally purchased it solely to keep my freezer in the garage running and charge cell phones. It was so cold out the freezer was fine, but this kept us alive and warm running an electric room heater we had on hand, so I am thankful we had it and it worked beautifully! Kept us at a toasty 70 degrees in the oversize master bedroom even when it was 12 (feels like -2) outside! I don't tolerate cold well so I was glad this unit functioned as described and worked so beautifully for us here! Thank you Westinghouse-- -- you may well have saved this old gal's life!

We bought this on the 1 Nov 2022 and took ir to Puerto Rico. We have use it already here and it is very easy to start and have enought power to run the small fridge, tv and lights that we were very conftable while the power was off. Thanks for a very well done equipment.

I bought this three weeks ago and it arrived earlier than expected. It works great. I use ethanol free gas with a stabilizer. The side panel to add oil was hard to open until I figured out that after removing the two screws, you have to pull rather hard to dislodge it from the two side inserts. Overall, I'm very pleased with the generator.

I was surprised when first turning on the generator. The sound was quiet and I initially thought the "eco" but was on, but it was not! It was running full speed and was very quiet. Aside from the sound, the build quality with this generator is very good along with the fit & finish. With proper maintenance, this generator should last many, many hours.

I purchased this gen to power our travel trailer when using our toaster oven or microwave. Came with everything you need right out of the box with the exception of gas... followed the quick start steps and fired up on the first pull. Easy enough to pull that the little ones get a kick out of helping you start it up. Noise level is comparable to my buddies Honda 2000. Night but a tad higher dB but not noticeable unless you are in complete silence and purposely listening for it. Plus it's got the extra kick about its competition at the same price! Trust me when I say as an engineer I'm prone to doing extensive research. After many days and hours of reading reviews and talking to folks with other genies I couldn't pass this one up. Anyways just got back from a 3 nighter at 8500' elevation in the Sierras and had no issues whatsoever!

Only owned for a short time but it was exactly what I was looking for. I needed portability over 7500 watts (don't need to power my house with it but just a few things). Easy to setup, easy to use, and while not "light" it is light enough to pick up and move around with one person

I have an old style 3500W generator... very loud, and heavy to move around. Needed something better, and this iGen2200 was perfect. After adding the oil, it was easy to start. Had it running to break it in with very little gas, it ran for almost an hour! Not very loud, I will be able to run it at night without the neighbors hearing it. Now it gets stored for its inevitable use.

Finally got me an iGen2200. Couldn't be happier. Followed the first time use procedures ( adding oil and gas) which took all of 5 minutes and it started right up. Literally on the first pull, which by the way was barely even a pull. Really not hard to start at all. Sputtered for a couple of seconds to get the gas really flowing through and that was it. This thing purrs!! Very quiet. Highly recommended.

It's quieter and lighter than I expected. It runs the a/c, mini fridge and microwave in my short bus that I use to travel to art and craft shows. The only negative I have is that an hour meter would have been nice to keep up maintenance. I ordered it on a Tues, it arrived on wed and I left for a show on Fri. The air feels great!!
