This started right up and did exactly what i needed it to do and what it is intended for. I love the fact that I can carry it because I have 3 houses and if any loses power I don't have to haul the big one I have that is so hard to start. I love the fact that it starts so easy and also the size of it is perfect. Love Love Love

Bought this a couple months ago, just took it out of the box today. Westinghouse supplies the correct amount of oil for filling and a wonderful funnel that screws into the oil fill hole to keep from spilling oil. Put gas in it, turned to choke, pulled the cord twice and it started. Excellent. The unit is heavier that I expected, but not too bad! Hooked up an electrical drill to unit. worked perfectly! Happy with the generator!

So far after purchasing this generator it works great. Purchased for my RV and it even powers my aircon without installing a soft start. Light weight and runs quiet. 3 year warranty with many service locations was a good incentive to buy. I like it so far.

This came in handy when we lost electricity in a winter storm. I have a CPAP and it is hard to sleep with out it. This was good for powering one room for a CPAP, TV, Internet, Space Heater, Lamp and back-up battery to run on. Only slight down side was I had to re-fill it up with gas in less than 6 hours, which I wish lasted longer. to get straight sleep. I was still so happy verses sitting in a cold house in the dark without TV. This went on for 3 days. I was so glad I got this.

I'm a mature, single female and bought this generator for small appliances and my phone charger in case my power goes out. When setting it up, the service cover was a bit hard to remove, partly because I had no idea there were also plastic tabs in addition to the two screws mentioned in the instructions. With a bit of tugging, well, quite a bit of tugging actually, I finally got the cover off. When the instruction says to go slow when adding the oil, be sure to go slow! Otherwise, you'll be cleaning up excess oil that drips from the filler tube. Ask me how I know. Overall though, the generator seemed to work as it should on first use. It started on the second pull.

I purchased the iGen2200 online 8/1/2020; I received the inverter about 2 weeks later. After reading all instructions, I filled with the provided oil, and filled with the correct gasoline.The generator started on the first pull!! and ran like a champ. After warming up, I plugged in a 1300 watt appliance, and the generator picked up speed but was still surprisingly quiet. I let the inverter/generator run under a fluctuating load from a Kitchen appliance which pulled 1300 watts when heating and then dropping power draw when the appliance reached the 375 degree temperature I set - and then of course the appliance and generator/inverter cycled on/off to maintain the heat -for about 30 minutes.I utilized the "Efficiency Mode" feature which worked as described flawlessly. This feature saves gas while maintaining the lowest noise levels and only speeding up when a load is put on the Generator/Inverter. I am extremely satisfied so far with my purchase and will certainly recommend this Generator/Inverter from Westinghouse.
