Super easy to use and came in mail very quickly. Once I shipped it off I had results within 4 business days. The results were great and helpful. I have an autoimmune disorder that affects my intestines so knowing which foods I have a sensitivity too is going to change my eating and health so much. I'm looking forward to making smarter food decisions because of the test!

I've been having stomach problems for a while every time after I eat and my doctor recommend I try this kit. I was able to see what kinds of foods I was sensitive to and had reactions to and ever since cutting them out of my diet I felt better! However to use this product is kind of difficult. They only give you two lancets to cut your finger with and they are only a one time use. These did not produce enough blood for me and I had to open the lancet and get the needle and cut my finger with it. They should definitely include more so you don't have to go slicing open your finger big time.

I received this test as a gift after experiencing weird reactions to mushrooms and wanted to pinpoint what else I was sensitive to. This test told me I had a high reaction to a food that I eat by itself constantly and feel no sensitivity towards, while I had medium reactivity to mushrooms, a food that makes my stomach hurt so badly it feels like the worst food poisoning attack. Perhaps others may find this more informative but it was not useful to me.

So of course I've seen the commercials and have done my research. I know that I have some food allergies and find that carbs in particular are bad for me. I find out by taking the food sensitivity test that even though I love dairy, I really should eliminate it from my diet. Also, soy was high on my sensitivity list. I am now doing more research and make better choices while eating out and grocery shopping. I will my dairy products but I'd rather be healthy and slimmer!

We've been eating healthy and cleaning up our diet for over five years. We felt it was time to take it to the next level and find out what foods we might be sensitive to. Sometimes you can be sensitive to "healthy" foods Found out that I'm sensitive to the protein in both the egg white and the egg yolk! You have to take your health into your own hands. Even though there are good doctors out there, insurance companies don't allow them to spend enough time with each patient. We need to become our own health advocate if we don't want to take ever pill they advertise on television. This is a good baseline test at a fair price to start your journey to good health! I want to live long and travel the world with no meds. So far so good - 61 and healthy!

The test was promptly sent to me. My schedule was busy with cross-country trips and I was emailed gentle reminders. After I took the test, my results were promptly forwarded. The sensitivities identified were a bit sobering to learn even though they confirmed suspicions.

The product was easy to use and the results were equally easy to read. I wish there were a few other foods tested. We do a lot of gardening, and many of the foods that I eat frequently were not on the list of 96. Some of the foods I tested as not being as sensitive to, I have been really sensitive to in the past- so my gut must be healing a little. Praise God.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a place to start, with an elimination diet plan. If foods come back as normal, I don't need to waste my time eliminating those. The ones that are numbered highest are the ones I have eliminated. I grew up on a dairy farm, so I was surprised there was so much dairy that came back as abnormal. But as I gave up those cheeses, my eczema went away. Was it worth it? I think so! I have a few more foods to eliminate and see how I feel. I'm sure I will try some other tests as well. It was easy to do. The kit was all I needed. I have recommended it to several friends. Two that have the kit right now!

It's a shame that this isn't a standard testing system used in our healthcare, because it's something I think everyone should be aware of! I wasn't able to pin-point some of my food sensitivities, had suspicions of what they could be, and the test results came back to confirm those foods! The test process was easy, the supplies given to mail back the test was easier, and the results came back SUPER fast!

I was a little skeptical but after getting a common cold and breaking out in a full blown rash and the doctor told me I have a cold and the virus caused my "allergy" to show and sent me on my way home. Thats when I ordered the test in hopes to get any answers. The whole process was so easy. I always had some idea that I may have some intolerance to dairy and sure enough when the test came back I had a high intolerance to dairy! I would defiantly recommend this test if you think you have an allergy or intolerance
