When I decided to try the food sensitivity test, I was at a point of frustration in figuring out what was causing my gut issues. Most of my sensitivities showed up as Mild but I'm hoping that eliminating some of these foods will give me some relief! There were items I had NO CLUE could be causing my pain! Anxious to see the results over the next few months!

The service was terrific in being prompt in receiving the kit as well as the results, which I received before the estimated time frame. The results seemed to me to be right on as I suspected dairy had become a major problem for me with rashes after consuming pizza, cheddar in particular and it turns out other dairy products also involved. This confirms what I suspected and instead of going to drastic elimination diet, I am now proceeding with the top two categories first to see where I get. Pleased with this company and have recommended this service to a couple of other people as well.

The method of blood collection was not pleasant or easy. I used the lancet on the side of my left ring finger, as advised. I have small hands, and the lancet must have pierced me deeply or on some sensitive area or something, as it's been over two months later and I still feel pain in that spot. the lancet instructions were confusing and not very clear on how to use it, so I wasted the first one by accidentally setting it off. The results were not very detailed at all, and it wasn't really anything new to me. it kept emphasizing how the results do not indicate any sort of allergy or anything, and that any number of symptoms could arise from a sensitivity. I had no real clear information, it was all very vague and indeterminate. I appreciated that it was a quick processing time though.

I never would have thought that egg whites and gluten were my main offenders. Already bought a food sensitivity book and starting my elimination diet today. Recommended it to my mom, who bought the comprehensive test. I got the results so fast and they were very easy to read and understand.

By no means does it give you any diagnosis or full blown answers to possible issues BUT it is a solid starting point to give you a starting point for moving forward and feeling better. There were some things that didn't surprise me and others that did.

Simple and straightforward directions. Speedy results. Granular details that help guide your diet in the right direction. I would highly recommend for anyone interested in getting some high level insight into what works and what doesn't work with your body.

The videos shows you exactly what you need to do to administer this test at home. It was easy, mostly painless (pricking your finger stings a little), and easy to Mail back. I would recommend this food intolerance test for everyone, especially before doing an Elimination Diet.
