After receiving my results from my food sensitivity test from everly I was able to come to the conclusion of what foods are possibly aggravating my system. Through the process of elimination diet my hopes are to relieve all of my issues and improve my health.

I took this test so I could know foods my body isn't happy with. Since cutting out these foods and replacing them with other ones, I do feel a clarity throughout the day, where I used to feel foggy around 4-5pm. I also feel good about knowing I am doing better for myself. The verdict is still out on if it will help me lose weight or not, since the changes have only been going on for a week. I've read about autoimmune diets and elimination diets and certain foods to avoid, but I also know the specific trigger foods vary from person to person. If you ever wonder what your food sensitivities are, do this at home test! Package arrived in the mail a few days after I purchased it. It was easy to register and there were clear instructions and videos on how to do the test. All the required mailing labels came in the box and it was easy to it the completed test back in the box and send it back. I received continuous emails and text messages informing me of where my test was and when to expect results. In less than a week, I had my results and explanations. I had suspected that coconut, almonds, and garlic were probably messing with my stomach, but having clear verification makes it much easier to start eliminating properly. My only skepticism is why I have reactions to foods that were labeled acceptable?? What is still causing these issues?

The instructions were streamlined meaning they were all found in one place rather than linked to different sites. At the moment I would not recommend this product a friend unless they have the time and energy needed to properly go through all the instructions. Then again, the cost was reasonable compared to other tests out on the market.
