This everlywells food sensitivity test was so easy and fast. I received the test on a Friday, took the test on a Saturday, sent it back to them on a Monday and had my results by Thursday of the same week. It says it takes about 10 days but from receiving my kit to getting results it was less than 7 days. Easy to read results.

The test was so easy to complete and the results were received quick and without any complications. I have been having issues with my digestion and the IG doctor tested me for everything under the sun. Now that I have some direction in what foods my body is reacting to, I can take matters into my own hands and start to take control of my health! That's so empowering and hopeful! Shipping & processing was very fast...the lab processed my sample on a weekend!! Not the answers I wanted but it allowed me to eliminate food sensitivities from my chronic issues. Important point...if you are already avoiding certain foods in your diet, it most likely will not pick up on a sensitivity because it is not in your system for it to be reactive.

The food sensitivity test was very simple to use and my results were very easy to read. The only complaint I have was that it is advertised on tv and website that results are given with 3 to 5 business days. However, when you read more into the details, the food sensitivity test takes up to 10 business days.

This was my first food sensitivity test. I was surprised to learn that the foods I was eating and snacking on everyday like most nuts, dairy and eggs I was the most sensitive too. I've been trying to eliminate these from my diet. I'm already starting to see big improvements.

The test was so easy to do! The kit came with everything I needed and the directions were simple! I get a little nervous with shots and needles, so I was hesitant when I saw this test required a blood sample. However, getting a blood sample was SO easy for me to do. The little tool/finger pricker that came with the kit was great. Easy to use and the needle retracts back inside the device, so I didn't even see a needle or have to worry about how I would dispose of it. My test results came back quickly! I loved receiving the status updates on my test by text! I always knew I had sensitivities to some foods & this test helped me recognize which foods are problematic for me. I would definitely recommend trying any of the tests from EverlyWell. I believe having these results has helped me to be in control of my own health & has given me the knowledge to do so!

There are so many anti inflammatory diets out there and I'd tried many; none worked for me. This is because no 2 people are the same. Turns out if I eat fermented foods for my gut health I cause more harm than good because brewers yeast, one of my top intolerances is in fermented foods! And that's just one example. Finding out what my body can tolerate has been so helpful! Stop guessing and just take the test!

The Everlywell food sensitivity test showed me that reactions I have to certain foods weren't all in my head! Each food I suspected was on my high and moderate lists. Thankfully the list isn't too long. I look forward to changing my diet and improving my health!

Not sure the information was what I thought it would be. I wish there was a way of also knowing foods that are ok for me. The results basically said pork was the most reactive for me but I almost never eat it because I don't care for it. The remainder of my list was only a little problem which let me believe it's ok to include in my diet. I guess I was disappointed there weren't any surprises.

the Food sensitivity test by everly well were easy, FUN, and gave fast results. The only thing I I question is some foods appeared positive for sensitivity and I have never eaten those foods (ie: lobster). I thought the test only will account for things you've eaten in the past six months. I have never eaten lobster and typically have my food cooked away from any shell fish! This happened with a few foods, and there wasn't an clear explanation for it on the website or instructions.
