I have to admit I was so excited to take this test. The test itself was easy to use, and seems like a great idea......however I must admit I was disappointed in the limited results. There are so many foods that I know disturb my stomach, and was looking for more......even those did not show up as sensitive. I feel like I didn't learn enough from the test. I was looking for specific answers, and definitely did not get any.

This test gave us some good information on foods that my dad is sensitive to. He came up as highly sensitive to a lot of dairy cheese and yogurt products. That was not something that we were aware of. It also ruled out a gluten problem. I would recommend this test.

I was shocked to see that I was highly reactive to one of the items that I hadn't even considered possibly being an issue for me (Wheat & moderately reactive to Gluten). I have been a baked goods eater all my life and now I know why my inflammation levels in my body are so high. I look forward to removing wheat from my diet to see how it makes me feel.

I took several months to decide whether or not to spend the money on the food sensitivities test and boy, am I glad I finally did! It was really,shocking to see how many of the healthy foods I was eating caused sensitivity in me. Now I have the daunting task or re-working my diet into something I can live with but I'm glad to finally know for sure what I can and cannot have. This will also make a huge difference in how I'm able to deal with my various autoimmune issues.

Easy finger prick. The kit includes all shipping costs. Ships fast! Results are fast. I am so thankful to finally get my life back. I was always told I had IBS or that i was lactose intolerant, I spent hundreds of dollars on labs through the Dr. That didn't get me any results. I have a egg sensitivity! I have eaten eggs everyday and my stomach hurt so bad all the time. I can now live happy!! Thank you so much. I will be trying other tests!

I found the results really interesting, but question the validity. Cottage cheese came up as a reaction, when I haven't eaten cottage cheese in years. I also had walnuts listed as a reaction and I know there has been no consumption/cross contamination in 8 years or so, as I have an actual food allergy to them. That makes me question the validity of all of the results. It also took a really long time to get the results back. Granted, I sent the test back a week before Christmas Eve, but would have preferred just walking into a lab place and getting my results a day or two later.

Recently, my stomach's been acting up, making it hard to keep food down. So with nothing else to lose I figured I try this out. While I was hoping to have a couple foods that I was moderately or highly sensitive to, I had a long list of mild sensitivities. It's not the test's fault, but I have a very long list of foods to cut out one by one to see if my symptoms improve. Overall, I think this test is useful to print out and bring with you when you're seeing a doctor, as maybe it'll help them pinpoint the problem.

Very easy and convenient at home test. I'm bummed to find out that I'm highly sensitive to peanuts and wheat. However at least now I know and will avoid these foods for a while and see how I feel! Been suffering from stomach discomfort and inflammation. I only wish more foods were on this test.

I purchased the food sensitivity test and the results were surprising. I knew I had sensitivity to some foods but others were a complete surprise. Foods that were healthy and high in fiber and I ate every day, sometimes 2-3×. Once I stopped eating them I felt so much better. I cant wait to get the results of the next test. Thanks so much! The instructions were streamlined meaning they were all found in one place rather than linked to different sites. At the moment I would not recommend this product a friend unless they have the time and energy needed to properly go through all the instructions. Then again, the cost was reasonable compared to other tests out on the market.
