Amazing

The sensitivity test was so easy to do and the results came back in a timely manner. I had 19 mild sensitivities and after eliminating those for only a week and a half so far I'm already seeing positive changes in my body. I'm sleeping better and my fibromyalgia issues are lessening. I think everyone needs to know what foods dont work for their bodies!

Interesting and informative

I got this test bc I was having some bloating issues and I always wanted to know if I was eating something my stomach was sensitive to. The test showed high sensitivity to green peas which I don't really consume anyway. And I always kind of knew I had a sensitivity to cows milk. It verified my thoughts.

Interesting test results!

Too soon to tell if this thing actually works, as I just got my results a couple of days ago. But, the process was smooth and quick, and actually got my email with my results sooner than expected. The results are pretty comprehensive, but for someone who has never eaten pork or clams in my life, I'm not sure how they came up on my panel - their answer is "cross contamination". Time will tell if this helps me, as I just started my elimination diet!

Confirmed some sensitivities, identified others

Getting the required 10 drops of blood from my finger before it clotted was HARD. It just pooled on the back of my fingernail and wouldn't drop. I suspected this would be the case, my blood coagulates during routine blood draws. Anyway, I ended up with more blood on my milking hand than on the card. If you might have this problem, cut the nail on the finger you're pricking. Confirmed sensitivity to cow milk products, and identified chicken and egg. I thought it was gluten giving me headaches when I ate bread or pasta, but those contain egg.

Interesting results!

My results met about 70% of my expected sensitivities, but surprised me with a couple that I was unaware of and will now monitor. I like the idea of knowing what foods cause inflammation in my body so I can choose to avoid or limit them. I wish the list of foods was larger, and the cost was less. Pricey!

Simple process with fast results

Received my results in 5 business days, Easy to understand. Would be helpful to be able to export your results or offer a more compact print option. (I retyped my results into a spreadsheet so I could alpha sort and print on a single page) Much less expensive than some of the other testing methods. Wish there were additional kits to test for other foods.

The jury is still out

I'm not sure how I feel about the results cause it looks like I have food allergies to EVERYTHING! But I'm going to get an auto immune test done because several of my results said that I might not actually have a food sensitivity but rather an auto immune disease which runs in my genetics.

On the fence about it...

I purchased the food sensitivity test and am not sure of the results. I don't know if I did something wrong or if it was the test. I would definitely do some things differently like eat foods that bother me to get a more accurate result, make sure to drink lots of water before if I had another test. One positive is that I had a question regarding the test and some medication and customer service was very quick to answer my question, very professional, and polite. That is why they got a 4 star and not a 3 star. The results were a bit difficult to initially understand but were figured out. It would be nice if they had more of an explanation of what the results mean. I would recommend this but with reservations.

It was interesting.

I was a little surprised by how much blood it required and found the lancet thing slightly scary but it went ok once I did it. I was a lot surprised by the results and still don't know what to make of it because some of the foods that I was told I am sensitive to are ones I was sure I was not.

Very successful

I could not afford the full range of food sensitivities so I ordered the one that has 96 different food tests. I was surprised at what I eat causing sensitivities. I have a jar of cashews on my desk that I snack on and discovered that it is one of my food sensitivities. I feel more in control now.
