[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This test provided some clarity around which foods were causing certain autoimmune reactions. I had my suspicions, but it was nice to have real answers. Also, it was great that I didn't have to make an appointment at a lab or get a doctor's note to do so.

Shipping: The kit took 10 days to get to me, and 5 days to get back to the lab so that was hard to wait for! I would think that for the price of this test that they could use a faster delivery service. Testing: I had never used a lancet so I was a little nervous, but I followed step by step and the directions were pretty easy to follow. Results: These were ready within 2 days of the test arriving at the lab. I have one High reactivity food, and 7 moderate reactivity foods. Some of them I suspected, some I did not! The suggestions on the website for elimination diets provided me with a good idea of how to start testing my sensitivities. The hard part now will be sticking to that! The one suggestion I have would be to put more links to articles on each food that suggest how to cope with a food sensitivities, as opposed to telling me why Gluten is healthy... Overall, I really enjoyed receiving these results and I've already told a lot of people about it since everyone seems to have issues with digestion, etc.

I've been dealing with stomach issues for a few years now, and I thought this test would help me identify something I might have missed or not known. Unfortunately, it told me only sensitivities I had already figured out through elimination diets and just listening to my body. I would highly recommend if you're struggling pinpointing your issues, but if you think you already have a grasp it may not be worth it.

Easy to order, and the details were clear before you order it. Very professional. I had trouble getting the lancets to work but eventually figured it out. I got my results back fast, and they were detailed, very specific, with explanations of the next steps to take in my diet. I would definitely recommend this test for anyone who can't figure out exactly what is causing symptoms of sensitivity. My results listed very specific food items, not just "dairy", for example, but "cheddar cheese", "cow's milk", etc. Some foods I expected to be on there were not, and some I did not expect were...which really makes it easy to fix! I had some suspicions about my allergies and a few were confirmed while some are a surprise. EverlyWell provides tools on how to eliminate food from your diet. I will be curious to see how those actions impact my overall health. The information is thorough and interesting and the results came in exactly the time expected.

I had hoped that the test would give me some clearer answers, but it really didn't. There was nothing in the results that I feel will help me. That's probably because there was just nothing of consequence reported, rather than a fault of the test. Brewer's yeast (wine/beer), but then I'd already figured that one out. So I'm back to square one after spending the $$ and getting my hopes up due to the puffing of the marketing ads.

I have a lot of stomach problems. decided to take test so I could see what may bother me. My question was that I had some sensitivity to all 96 items. My thought is how can I be sensitive to all 96 and there are items I have never eaten ever,. Just a little odd but gives me a guideline to things I can start eliminating.
