The process was well done. I recieved the package, registered, mailed it in, and recieved my results. I did think the packaging and instructions could be better. The instructions are practically non-existent in the package. You get a link to to a video only after registering. There is tons of cardboad with flaps and holes making it look all glamous but it is just annoying. The mail in envelop is hidden under all the glamour, but nothing tells you that. All three needles broke in my package broke. The twist and pull caps are apparently made with cement! I had to use one of my own needles to draw blood. But it is all worth it when you get the results and learn a little more about yourself than you knew before.

My boyfriend and I both did this and it's helping us pick and choose what foods will make us feel the best. I would eat almond butter almost everyday and although I'm sad I can't have it anymore, I'm glad I know what to change in order to feel better. He found out he was sensitive to beer and wine so I think he has it worse! :-P

My granddaughter suggested taking the sensitivity test since it helped her with her digestive issues. After discussing testing with my health provider, I decided to see if it could help me, too. The results really surprised me. I am now doing the elimination process and hoping to understand my body more.

I thought it was an excellent test and confirmed some of the food sensitivity I had and some I did not know about. My only problem was getting enough blood (It looks easy on the video) out on the paper. Keep going think I will be doing more tests in the future.

At 36 years old, out of the blue, I started getting cystic acne ALL over my cheeks. I mean bad. It was really affecting my self esteem. This test is one step in helping me reduce symptoms I've experienced for years. The kit itself is so self-explanatory and the process is really easy. Within 5 days, I received back a robust list of my sensitivities. I am giving this 4 stars because the resources for post-results is really lacking. It would be helpful to have some additional insights into more foods you should typically remove during your elimination diet with, say, a sensitivity to yeast.

Test was so simple to do. Collection was easy and clearly explained. Glad I took this test because it caught high sensitivities I never in a million years would've guessed I had! So impressed with this test that I just purchased the food sensitivity expansion test. Highly recommend! #sweepstakes

Prior to taking the Everlywell Food Sensitivity Test I was experiencing severe and very uncomfortable bloating on a daily basis. I was eating clean and exercising regularly and could not figure out why I was bloating. I decided to take the test and I sure am glad that I did! I found that I had 9 foods on my sensitivity list with the most severe reactions to eggs - something I ate ALL the time! I cut those 9 foods out of my diet 2 weeks ago and have been feeling amazing ever since! I would recommend this test to everyone even if they don't think they are experiencing symptoms of food sensitivity! You never know what you'll find.

I have already recommended this test to a good friend that has some health issues. I am confident that I would have kept on eating items that I shouldn't have been eating because they seem to be healthy. One of them was garlic , which I had been adding to lots of stuff I was eating. By eliminating the items that I am sensitive to and focusing on the stuff that works well with me, I am hoping to be feeling better with some of the auto immune issues I am having.

I have tried other food sensitivity tests in the past, but this is by far the most in depth at home test I have done. I mailed my samples on a Thursday, and my results were in by that next Wednesday! It was a super quick turn around. I would definitely recommend this to everyone!
