Mailed it on a Monday and got results on Thursday! Very easy to understand the results with the FAQ page. Also there was a video explaining everything with the option to go to a live zoom meeting. The only thing I had an issue with was when I had to get the blood sample. Had never done anything like that before so, the first stick was very messy since the blood came out faster than I thought. The second stick went better. Other than that, it was a good experience.

My doctor had said don't waste your time with this. Well I already bought it so what the heck. I discovered I was highly off the charts sensitive to brewer's yeast!!! So interesting. I have never been told this in my life and yet when I look back at two allergic reactions I had in the past decade- both involved drinking beer that day. Funny - allergist just tested the food I ate - not the drinks. This isn't supposed to test for allergies just sensitivities but I can't help but find they are related. I can't believe how much food/drink has brewer's yeast. I feel more empowered taking this test and found the information in the results to be a helpful guide in the right direction.

I felt this product was well done as far as packaging, testing process and delivery of the results. When I decided to do these tests I had a lot of people tell me that these tests aren't great or accurate. I tested through another company and then decided to also test through Everlywell. Nothing between the two tests compared in regards to sensitivity results. Both said completely different things. Just leads me to believe that the only accurate way to figure sensitivity is to do a Whole 30 food introduction.

Trying to get to the bottom of some of my health issues. This was an easy step in this process. I didn't have to wait in another doctors office, and could do this test in the privacy of my own home. Simple, fast, and easy! After seeing how easy it was my husband wants to order a kit for himself.

I was a bit surprised at the foods that were at the top of my list. They are foods I don't eat too often, but foods I do love and had just ate the weekend prior to the blood sample I mailed in. I never would have thought that lobster crab and shrimp would have begun at the moderate level. I have read different reviews regarding thus type of testing and am not sure how I feel as using it as a guide now.

This test is great! How convenient to do this from the comfort of your home?! Simply draw blood with tool provided, send your blood work off in the mail, and wait 5 days for your results to come through. SO EASY and so nice to know you can find out the foods that you're sensitive to.

I know that my sensitivity to some of these registering as mild should be at least moderate. I usually have symptoms after eating them. But most that are registering mild have not ever given me symptoms and I eat them pretty often. Funny thing is that pretty much everything that I eat is on the list. I'm currently doing Keto so I already eliminated grains and noticed a reduction in inflammation.

I am a physician and I've always been intrested in health and nutrition; but with so many different diet's and philosophies, that have been popularized over the last 40 years, it can be very confusing. Sometimes I simply don't know what I'm supposed to eat. Today I feel so much better knowing the specific foods that do not make my body happy. What I found was that a paleo diet was most likely the best diet for me. I'm very grateful to have the ability to see these specifics of my food allergies. I would recommend this test to anyone.
