I took a Food Sensitivity test about 3 years ago through a DR. It was very enlightening and helped me eliminate foods that I was having reactions too. I also have an Autoimmune Disease that was causing inflammation, headaches, digestive issues, etc... This test confirmed that I still have those triggers but that they have improved over time.

I'm happy I did this, this type of testing isn't available back at my home town. Glad I was able to get this! Now I know what I shouldn't really consume and what I should decrease in and what don't affect me at all or low reactivity. Very useful tool!!!

I ordered the test and it arrived within 24 hours, shipped it back and I received my results the following week. Who knew I was highly sensitive to crab, peas and green beans! Well. Some sensitivities resolved with NAET treatments, while one problematic one persisted. I sent a kit to my (allergic) grand daughter so she can 'know" what's bugging her! It's nice to have confirmation. I've resisted not eating eggs, because...eggs! But a persistent sensitivity for years made me cave. I'm off eggs. Useful information! Company was easy to work with...I'll recheck next year!

I couldn't do the elimination diet outright- it was too much to tackle. This gave me some insight into the 3 big areas to focus on. I'll try eliminating those and then plan to re-test in a few months. I was sad to see after the fact there was another test w/more options. I may do that again in a few months after making some adjustments based on the first.

I've been having eczema for several months and thought it was food related. A nurse suggested a food sensitivity test so I purchased the everlywell food sensitivity test. My first test didn't have enough sample, even though I made sure the circles were filled and bled through the back. That was a little frustrating having to do it twice but I'm so glad I did it. Between getting the second test sent out (free of charge) and getting results took 6 days! Results came back so quick and found out I am very sensitive to egg whites. I had eggs on a daily basis, but ever since cutting them out the itching and eczema have reduced drastically. Definitely worth the money.

Once i sent my sample in it took about 3 days to get the results which i thought was awesome. It told me about the foods that I'm most sensitive too which i kind of had a feeling about some but it was nice to get some clarity that my gastro doctor couldn't give me after numerous tests.

My kit was received and processed quickly. The reports were comprehensive; one for me, and one for a M.D.'s review. I highly recommend this testing process. I speculate this may help people identify, (and then eliminate), the foods that may be causing a variety of health issues.

The at home test was really simple to use. They give you instructions, step by step guide and a video to watch. The results come back quickly. Found out that I have a high sensitivity to some foods, I have eliminated them and I feel so much better! So worth the money to do this test!!
