I was expecting some foods to come back that didn't, which creates great freedom for me!! I was shocked that most of the foods on my medium-sensitivity are foods that I do not care for anyway, so the results make sense! I am so thankful for the results, and already see a difference eliminating some of the foods.

I have a very sensitive stomach. There are some foods or types of food that I just cannot or should not eat that did not show up in my results. For example, chocolate, spicy foods, acidic foods, fatty foods. There were a few foods in these catagories, but not very many. I do have GERD and have taken Prilosec everyday for several years. This must be a different type of sensitivity I guess?? And some of the foods that were in the test results that can really upset my stomach were only listed in the milder categories. What type of reaction could I expect from a food that I am strongly sensitive to?? I'm not sure how I should best use my test results.

What surprised me was what is listed as abnormal are the items that do hurt my stomach when I eat. Now this gives me the incentive to eliminate these items of food and see if that will help my stomach pain and my constant weight changes. Seeing it in black and white makes a difference.

I believe the results told me what I already knew, but it was very nice to see verified. I am going to officially try and change my diet up due to the results. Some times to make changes we need a push!
