Although the results are somewhat overwhelming, they make sense to explain why I have inflammation in my body, headaches and body aches. Some days are worse than others and definitely correlate to what I've been consuming. I like that I can see that what I have been assuming all along is truly what my problem have been.

I want to start of first by saying that I did not get my results back within 5 days. It took a bit longer than stated. Secondly, I did find my results interesting, however, I wish there was more detail in the results that were for me directly, not as a general statement for everyone.

A standard allergy test through my physician resulted in zero "allergies". Due to rash like spotting on my face I thought it wise to determine if I had any food sensitivities through the EverlyWell testing. Despite having a number of foods identified as only "mild" sensitivities, eliminating them from my diet has reduced my facial spotting by 90% in a week. Great results for a very reasonable cost.

I was suspicious because of health issues and wanted to find the culprit. Found out it was dairy, which is what my hubby kept saying I should cut back. So, now I will eliminate and see if there is any improvement. I recommended it to lots of my friends because everyone has issues and insurance won't pay for tests even if you can find a doctor to order them. Wondering if there is a test for sulfites like in wine?

I've been not feeling the greatest with food lately - I've always known I've had a lactose intolerance, which is why I consume oatmilk and oatmilk yogurts, but will have the occasional cheese here and there with some wine. This didn't show up in my results at all. The two things that did show up were tuna and garlic, which I consume and have consumed all of my life, and I've never had any aversion to it. So we'll see, going to start an elimination diet to see what happens.

This test was so helpful to me! I had a feeling many things in my diet were bothering me and hated the idea of doing a broad elimination diet. After receiving my results, I know exactly which foods to begin eliminating from my diet. Highly recommend! One thing to note though, if you have already removed some foods from your diet because you have a *real* allergy to them, this test will NOT detect those. For example, I'm very allergic to bananas so I don't eat them. In this type of test, it shows up as an item that I can eat because it didn't detect any kind of immune response to it (because it wasn't there at all). Just keep that in mind. Other than that, very informative test and I plan to use these results to fine tune my diet!

I have been dealing with gastric problems for years. As I have thyroid disease, my medical professionals have really stressed "gluten free". The IGG test shows that my gluten sensitivity is very low but my dairy is high. After one week of no dairy I am already feeling better. It also shows that my yeast sensitivity is moderately high, which explained why some things with gluten bother and some do not. I wish I had this test 10 years earlier! My husband also did this test and his results were completely different, which helped me to feel it is a legitimate test.

My doctor had said don't waste your time with this. Well I already bought it so what the heck. I discovered I was highly off the charts sensitive to brewer's yeast!!! So interesting. I have never been told this in my life and yet when I look back at two allergic reactions I had in the past decade- both involved drinking beer that day. Funny - allergist just tested the food I ate - not the drinks. This isn't supposed to test for allergies just sensitivities but I can't help but find they are related. I can't believe how much food/drink has brewer's yeast. I feel more empowered taking this test and found the information in the results to be a helpful guide in the right direction.

I love seeing exactly what I should eliminate from my diet vs guessing. I didn't realize that I should've eaten at least a little of each food within 28 days of taking the test for the best results. I randomly started having adverse reactions to shellfish years back. It showed low reactivity, but that may only be because I haven't eaten it in years. Otherwise, it's a great way to help me navigate the best foods for my specific body.

They have made every effort to make the experience as easy as possible. I love that everything is labeled and easy to follow instructions. And love the final report with the results that tell a little about each food category and what to do with your findings. The biggest issue I had was poking myself to get the blood sample. It really isn't a painful process, drawing any kind of blood is just not a fun process for me so luckily I had my husband to help. Even though they have made it easy to do it yourself, it definitely pays off to have someone help if you are squeamish!
