I wasted so much time at the doctors trying to get an allergy test. After 4 months of doctors saying that must not be the problem, I stumbled upon this. The test told me exactly what I was sensitive too and to what degree. I tired eliminating those food from my diet and noticed a significant change in my health. No more coughing or uneasy stomach.

It was interesting to find out that out of 92 foods tested that I was only moderately/mildly sensitive to 5, including tuna, of all things - never would have guessed. (However I had noticed that I did not digest canned tuna well in recent years so I stopped eating it.) It's a relief to know I was not highly sensitive to anything - no elimination diet in my future - whew! Great peace of mind to know for sure what I am and am not sensitive to. The blood test was very quick and easy to do. Got my results in about 2 weeks.

I've been dealing with food sensitivity for years. After eating I would feel terrible and have symptoms like bloating, abdominal pain and having to run to the bathroom. While I wasn't able to prick my finger (due to passing out and anxiety) and I had to have a medical friend help; however, I'd do it again and again. My two highest sensitivity results were things I was eating every single day and maybe even multiple times. Without this test, there's no way I would have known what was causing me issues. Even with an elimination diet these wouldn't have ever been foods I would have cut out because I had no idea that I was sensitive to them. I highly recommend getting an Everlywell test. It's helped me to start cutting out things that have caused me issues for years. The downside is of course cutting out things that I love but I've really enjoyed learning other food alternatives and making the best decisions for my body.

Received some information via this test that could not be obtained any other way. I could not have guessed that I was more affected by particular types of foods. Eliminating them from my diet has made my feel much better in terms of digestive health.

While I was mainly curious about the results of my Food Sensitivities kit, I was really impressed by the level of customer service. I appreciated being able to email a photo of my sample to ensure it would be sufficient for the lab. Took out all of the guesswork and saved my thumbs from drawing another sample. #sweepstakes

I used the food sensitivity pack and expansion pack. Each kit came with everything you needed for prep, testing and after care. The directions were clear and super easy to follow. I appreciated that they gave you multiple triggers to poke your finger, as I flinched and had a couple misfires. While the blood draw does sting a little, it was worth it because the results were very comprehensive.

It wasn't too bad. I wish the explanation would be more detail (mild, moderate, etc)---it seems like the explanation was repetitive. It was good findings.... not really for the price. But nice to know and be more aware of some of the things I'm eating. It did validate a few foods---I pretty much already knew, but glad I got a second opinion.

the Food sensitivity test by everly well were easy, FUN, and gave fast results. The only thing I I question is some foods appeared positive for sensitivity and I have never eaten those foods (ie: lobster). I thought the test only will account for things you've eaten in the past six months. I have never eaten lobster and typically have my food cooked away from any shell fish! This happened with a few foods, and there wasn't an clear explanation for it on the website or instructions.

The Food Sensitivity test has helped me so much. Who knew I had a sensitivity to almonds?!?!? Since I received my results, I have been avoiding the foods I have a sensitivity to and I have been feeling so much better, it's crazy! I would highly recommend this to anyone with food issues.

I was very pleased how quickly the test got to me and how quickly I received information that my test kit had made it to the lab. The biggest surprise was how quickly the test results were available. I sent test in on Monday and was able to read my report on Thursday. Far exceeded my expectations. Based on these results I have moved forward to work with folks for deeper testing into confirm any allergies and help me to develop a meal plan for further testing. TNX
