Amazing. I finally figured out what has been causing me stomach problems thanks to this product. It was easy to use and affordable. I can now go though the day without having stomach issues. I was so impressed with the detailed results from the test that had a plan to elimate foods that cause inflammation. This test really changed my life and I could not be more thankful!

I had the feeling I had issues with dairy and this test confirmed it...the gluten I already knew. Some things were eye opening because I hadn't eaten them in years such as pears and tuna. The overall process took two weeks from the time I ordered to the results.

I mailed the package out Tuesday am and had results Friday! Also, I compared my results with an intolerance test I'd taken a few years ago and they came up with some of the same foods as intolerant (milk & almonds). So it must be true. Sadly, I have some new intolerances. Now onto healing my leaky gut!

I received my results about 3 weeks ago and only had 16 items in the mild category. Nothing higher. I have eliminated all of the 16 items. It's been 3 weeks and I don't feel any different. My only issues are inflammation and exhaustion. I was really hoping to see results by now so I am loosing hope. I'd love to get the extended test but I can't afford at this time. I gave it 5 stars because I still feel that this test can help others out.

I knew I had food sensitivities but had such a hard time figuring them out. As soon as I read my results it was like clouds had moved out of the way! They all made perfect sense. The endless game of questioning everything I eat and guess-and-check is OVER!

Doctor recommended trying a gluten free diet for some chronic issues. If that would solve them, great!. Going gluten free, just to see IF that would help is a huge outlay of time, energy and money. This gave me the answer - as well as insights to other foods - much quicker.

I am floored at my results!!! I can't tell you how long I have been suffering with health issues with no answers.. Doctor are great but convincing them there is a problem when you don't know what the problem is, is exhausting.. All this time the one thing I have been eating is the one thing that I should never eat!! Bottom line I am making permanent changes to my diet.. thank you for giving me the control to choose how and when I can test me!!

This test arrived very quickly and was straightforward. Once completed, I dropped it in the mailbox and received my results in 4 business days! The results were interesting and I am defintiely going to try and eliminate some of the foods to see what kind of results I get.

This isn't my first food sensitivity test but it's definitely the easiest one I've found! I love that I can order this on my own to keep track of my sensitivities as I have a lot of them. This will be something I do regularly to help maintain my auto immune disease. Thank you for this!!!!!

I was very impressed with the ease of the at Home blood test. And the finger pricking tool didn't hurt nearly as much as I thought it would. The results blew my mind too! I had no idea my body is so sensitive to most of the healthy foods I eat every day.
