Hi people, #sweepstakes Here's the thing: if you haven't eaten a food for a while, this test won't detect any sensitivity to it since it's not in your body to react to. So if you already experience certain foods at problematic and you want to confirm this, you have to eat them before the test. Just saying.

Great experience through and through. Identified many allergens I would never have suspected and confirmed others I did suspect, such as bananas. I was suffering horribly painful bloating and had no idea what to do. Since receiving the results I have removed my allergens from my diet and I feel better than I have in years.

I was pleased to see that I had no severe sensitivities. Now I can have a game plan on what foods to eat and what to limit.

The blood collection was easy. However, trying to get enough saliva first thing in the morning is pretty much impossible. Surely, the test can be revamped to take less saliva or at least not collect first thing in the morning. I would recommend the test based solely on ability to get results.

I took this test so I could know foods my body isn't happy with. Since cutting out these foods and replacing them with other ones, I do feel a clarity throughout the day, where I used to feel foggy around 4-5pm. I also feel good about knowing I am doing better for myself. The verdict is still out on if it will help me lose weight or not, since the changes have only been going on for a week. The company was outstanding with being thorough, being supportive, and helpful. This test was cheaper than other tests that do the same thing. Very happy with the purchase.

I was amazed t how quickly I received the test in the mail, I think it was the next day! The results were within the 5-7 days after receipt at the lab that they said it would and they were thorough! The results surprised me, never would have thought those foods might be contributing to my issues but have started the elimination diet happily! Thank you!

I eat very healthy and listen to my body very well. I am aware of some foods that I definitely can't tolerate, but always wondered why I was still having issues. The tests confirmed that I was right about walnuts, dairy and gluten. I was shocked though, that some foods that I didn't suspect , such as eggs, almonds and sweet potato were on my list of allergies. Now I can tweak my Paleo diet a bit more!

I wish they could use saliva instead of blood. I made my husband prick my finger (ouch) and squeeze the blood out. I was upset at how long it took to get my results (almost 2 weeks, when it should have been 2-4 days). But worth the wait. Happy I finally have an answer for my stomach issues.
