The test was easy and informative. The only reason I gave it a 3 instead of a five has to do with one reason... I would be better if you rated the sensitivity more precise. Like on a scale of one to ten so a person has a better understanding on what to expect from certain foods. Or maybe avoid. Say...1-4 little or insignificant reaction. 5-7 possible rash/redness/itching/etc. 8-10 avoid completely. Then it gives a person a better perspective and game plan.

I have IBD and the elimination diets are so strict and don't apply to all. There is a lot of conflicting info on food relation to IBD. I wanted a more specific approach to what bothers my system not everyone's. The kit was easy to use, the directions were clear, and the results were quick. I found out I was sensitive to egg whites which was HUGE as I was eating them daily and ginger as well for stomach issues. Now I have science for my particular issues. I am very grateful this quick and easy and painless test to help me manage my IBD.

The good sensitivity test is SO helpful. After battling an upset stomach for 4 years this have been amazing. There were several foods I knew upset my stomach (from trial and error) and those were the exact ones that came up as having the highest reaction on my test. It's so nice to have results to provide guidance for an elimination diet. The test was easy and results came fast! I would recommend to anyone who is searching for answers.

I had embarrassing reactions to something I was eating and couldn't figure out what it was I was eating that was so bad. I thought it was either dairy or gluten, but it turns out I'm highly reactive to almonds. Who knew? Glad I was able to find out and adjust my diet accordingly.

It was very easy to administer and send in the test. The results came back quickly. I know there are some foods that I am super sensitive to that didn't show up on the list. I would have liked to have the actual elimination diet that they reference sent so that I know what I actually CAN eat.

I would tell any senior citizen like myself to get a friend or relative to help them take the blood test. The video makes it seem so simple and easy, but some of us have trouble getting a good grip on the part which needs to pulled off to free the needle.
