I would recommend anyone who has IBS, who has struggled for years with poor digestive health, had so many tests but nothing confirmed conclusive as to why their tummy hurt ALL! THE! TIME! Why they dread going out "just in case" they need the loo! Or they don't even eat before a big occasion so that they won't get pain, diarrhea, gas and bloating! I am very happy with my results.I was pleasantly surprised by some of the foods that I tested positive for in the test. I am beginning to think I was my own worst enemy by eating some of the foods that I was sensitive to nearly every day. Now I know better!

I wanted to know how my body responds to different foods being that my body was reacting differently then when I was younger. The test I received from everlywell was great all around. With simple to read and take test in addition to the fast results the overall experience was Fantastic.

I was curious if I was eating things that were making my body not function at its best. Although I had no major symptoms going into the test I compete in lots of endurance events and want to be able to recover faster. If my body isn't working as efficiently as possible it's can't recover as well either.

Super easy to use, but the results weren't as detailed as I was expecting. It was more about general categories rather than specific information. So it was interested. It verified what I thought, that something doesn't agree with me, but I still don't really know what.

This was an easy and efficient way to begin searching for foods that might be causing health issues. Directions were clear, even down to explaining how to get the blood to flow from a tiny puncture to a finger. The 96 foods tested covered all food groups, even spices! I'm going to share the results with my physician. Besides the actual test results and explanation, the site also offers excellent recommendations on how the info can be put to use/practice in adjusting behavior.

I don't know if it was mentioned in the product description but if you feel you have a sensitivity to a certain food you have to eat it within four weeks of taking the test. I didn't know that. I've been avoiding foods I think I have a reaction to. I would have eaten some to be sure before I took this test. Another thing that was kind of strange was that chicken came up as some thing I'm reactive to. I am vegetarian. I haven't had chicken in years. So I'm not sure what that's from exactly. Could be seasoning or something I'm not sure. The quality of the test results was very in-depth considering the very low cost of this test. I got the results back lightning fast. Customer support is exceptional. I highly recommend this company for really any kind of test kits they have. I will be getting more.

I have known that the food I eat was something that was holding my wellness back and I have done elimination diets in the past and I had trouble with reintroduction. But I truly think that having a solid place to start on an elimination diet is amazing! I am a science nerd at heart so this testing is just what my brain needed to give myself a place to start

This test was very easy to perform, submit and read and understand results. Cannot testify to results yet as I am just starting to eliminate some of the foods that I reacted to. I have been tested in the past by someone else and those offenders did show up on this test as issue also. Dairy, wheat and gluten.
