I was in complete shock when I received my results. I feel so much better since I have eliminated the foods that I am most sensitive to. My stomach doesn't ache anymore and I have a lot more energy. Because I feel so much better, I have since purchased additional tests for my children as well as recommended this test to others.

This is the third food sensitivity test I've purchased since last year, and I will tell you that my last test was extremely accurate! I've had underlying issues like skin rashes that would appear suddenly or the "itchies", as well as other digestive issues and an overall "bleh" feeling. I knew it was something I was consuming but couldn't pinpoint what exactly. One morning I made myself scrambled eggs and felt my nose running when I got the email that my results were ready. I had already suspected they bothered me but eggs are in so many things. I opened my results and sure enough eggs were high for me as well as a few other culprits I suspected. It's only been a few days eliminating eggs first and already I'm not itching and a rash i had is going away. Highly recommend trying this if you haven't done so already!

I feel like every few years I find myself reacting to new foods. Not having to do a complicated doctor's visit in the middle of my work day was amazing. I've already removed a few foods and it's making a difference. I'm feeling significantly less discomfort and I already dropped several pounds, it's been pretty wild.

I have had issues with IBS, anemia, skin rashes and stomach pains for a long time. My doctors could not figure out what was wrong with me, all of my labs except my eosinophils, monocytes and iron were normal. I suspected some foods made me lethargic and nauseated but wasn't sure. The foods I suspected popped up as high along with almonds as my highest IGG, which I did not guess at all. I realize IGG doesn't always tell you exactly what is causing your issues but this test does give you an idea of where to start with your elimination diet. I can already tell that my cravings are declining by cutting out my moderate and highly sensitive foods. I am also aware that these tests can change over time so I'll be curious to see what happens in a year if I'm able to stick to my diet and help my gut health back.

I got the Food Sensitivity test and it came super quickly, was easy to follow the steps and I got the results super fast, too. I loved the entire process and would definitely buy another test kit in the future! So thankful for EveryWell and glad that I have more insight into what foods are triggers for me so that I can reduce the inflammation in my body and be the healthiest that I can be!

I'm currently seeing a specialist due to acid reflux and indigestion. It developed a few months ago and I noticed it happens more so after eating certain drinks (especially milk) or foods. I am using this test to help me figure out which foods may be the culprit.

Ok, quick warning to people, getting your fingers to produce enough drops of blood is not easy, I recommend the outside of your pinkie finger, that seemed to work best. But the service was incredibly fast, and I was not surprised by most of my results, but the few that I was surprised by I found most interesting. The quality and speed of the service was top notch though!

The test was very easy. Extremely efficiently run and I would do it and other tests of theirs again. It's extremely useful to know what could be causing inflammation in my body and my goal is to feel as healthy and energised as possible. This is a step towards that goal.

I knew I was having food issues, but I couldn't figure out what to avoid. My test results confirmed foods that I knew to avoid and added some off the wall foods that I had no idea I shouldn't be eating. I haven't had hives again since I quit eating all of the foods that popped up on the test. Extremely happy about that!

Very simple instructions on how to use the food sensitivity test. Fast results! The only thing I had a hard time with was to use the lancet on myself. I just couldn't seem to get over the fear of it hurting (I'm a big baby). Ended up having a friend do it for me.........and it did NOT hurt at all. So quick and easy.
