I did the sensitivity testing. I had trouble getting enough blood and sent a photo of my card to CS on a Friday evening. They replied on Saturday to let me know the lab would be able to look at it on Monday. The lab responded promptly on Monday that my sample was OK. I was very impressed with a response on Saturday and how quickly the lab responded Monday. After sending my sample in, it was processed quickly and the results online were easy to read and download for both myself and my physician. I was surprised to see Lobster & Crab listed as things I'm sensitive to so I did some digging. One of the supplements I take contains both as ingredients. It's amazing it can detect such things. The results will make it much easier for me to eliminate some foods so that I can finally discover what is causing me problems.

I have been trying elimination diets for years, in attempt to figure out skin issues and bloating troubles. Finally, I found EverlyWell's food sensitivity testing and now I am so excited to try eliminating sensitive (to me) foods that I may never have tried to eliminate otherwise. Such as Kale and Sesame. Who knew?! I am feeling like there is hope....again!

As a person who has multiple inflammatory diseases, this test was SO informative! I have been dairy free for years and could never quite get all of my inflammation to go away. Since my everlywell test, I found out I had sensitivity to chicken and pineapple (both of which were DAILY staples for me) and brewers yeast and lobster. I've always had a diversion to alcohol and lobster, so this totally made sense! I encourage anyone with inflammatory issues to run not walk to take this test.

I had the food sensitivity testing and I was impressed with how quick the whole process was. It was interesting to see that the results were both similar in some ways, and different from the very expensive testing that I had 10 years ago. I felt that the results are valid, and the cost was much less than my previous testing.

The allergy test is an excellent idea for B-day present; I got one exactly on this day. The hardest part was to pinch a finger, and it took me a while to do so. I got my results after 5 days. So all process is really easy. Also, I got text notification when results were ready. Overall I liked the test, nothing significant on results, but that was fun.

The test was quick and easy to do. I found out I had a high sensitivity to something I was eating daily. It took me by surprise, but I'm happy to know now what's been upsetting my stomach. I only gave it four stars because it took longer than ten days to receive the results.

I've wondered about potential food sensitivities for a long time because no matter what I seemed to try, not much changed. With the answers provided by this test, not only do I have solid answers why previous "diets" didn't work, but I now have the knowledge to make dietary choices that will likely lead to success.

After doing this test, I quickly realized that it's usefulness is limited. I had high sensitivity to a few food groups. Rather than then do elimination diets, it would be useful if there was a list of specific potential impacts these food groups could have.

Easy to follow instructions, easy explanation of the foods that I am sensitive to and also a very thorough instruction on what to do after you get your results. For me this means an elimination diet which I started today. I would 100% recommend this.

I struggled with figuring out what foods I needed to avoid and what was "safe." Each time I ate something I rolled the dice on how I would feel after. I could never get my primary care Dr to take me seriously when I would mention food issues and all of my allergy tests came back negative.
