The process of collecting the sample was easy. The directions were clear and easy to understand, and registering my kit and getting my results were fast and easy. Emails from the customer service team kept me up to date on my sample's arrival at the lab and when my results were ready to see. The results were laid out plainly and easy to understand.

This isn't my first food sensitivity test but it's definitely the easiest one I've found! I love that I can order this on my own to keep track of my sensitivities as I have a lot of them. This will be something I do regularly to help maintain my auto immune disease. Thank you for this!!!!!

The Everlywell food sensitivity test showed me that reactions I have to certain foods weren't all in my head! Each food I suspected was on my high and moderate lists. Thankfully the list isn't too long. I look forward to changing my diet and improving my health!

Was so happy when I found Everlywell and could order this test online without consulting a physician first. Even though I was surprised by the results (foods I THOUGHT I was sensitive to, I was not) I am glad I did this. Eliminates one more thing I need to worry about. Next up, Metabolism Test!!! It was super easy to collect my blood sample because the directions were crystal clear with video backup!

I don't know if it was mentioned in the product description but if you feel you have a sensitivity to a certain food you have to eat it within four weeks of taking the test. I didn't know that. I've been avoiding foods I think I have a reaction to. I would have eaten some to be sure before I took this test. Another thing that was kind of strange was that chicken came up as some thing I'm reactive to. I am vegetarian. I haven't had chicken in years. So I'm not sure what that's from exactly. Could be seasoning or something I'm not sure. The quality of the test results was very in-depth considering the very low cost of this test. I got the results back lightning fast. Customer support is exceptional. I highly recommend this company for really any kind of test kits they have. I will be getting more.

Shipping: The kit took 10 days to get to me, and 5 days to get back to the lab so that was hard to wait for! I would think that for the price of this test that they could use a faster delivery service. Testing: I had never used a lancet so I was a little nervous, but I followed step by step and the directions were pretty easy to follow. Results: These were ready within 2 days of the test arriving at the lab. I have one High reactivity food, and 7 moderate reactivity foods. Some of them I suspected, some I did not! The suggestions on the website for elimination diets provided me with a good idea of how to start testing my sensitivities. The hard part now will be sticking to that! The one suggestion I have would be to put more links to articles on each food that suggest how to cope with a food sensitivities, as opposed to telling me why Gluten is healthy... Overall, I really enjoyed receiving these results and I've already told a lot of people about it since everyone seems to have issues with digestion, etc.

This test is insightful but I feel like for the price I wish I would've seen a doctor. The results don't come with much information about how the low sensitivity might impact you. It just has low, moderate, mild and high. For me, I had 70 some in my low category. I don't know if that's normal or not or what it truly means.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This test provided some clarity around which foods were causing certain autoimmune reactions. I had my suspicions, but it was nice to have real answers. Also, it was great that I didn't have to make an appointment at a lab or get a doctor's note to do so.

I've been dealing with stomach issues for a few years now, and I thought this test would help me identify something I might have missed or not known. Unfortunately, it told me only sensitivities I had already figured out through elimination diets and just listening to my body. I would highly recommend if you're struggling pinpointing your issues, but if you think you already have a grasp it may not be worth it.

Took the sensitivity test, easy to use, answers came right away, first time I have felt 'in charge' of my life & 'food issues' because this test told me what I'm sensitive to. Was just guessing before - hoping my headaches, bloating, aches & pains will be gone at last.... The '4' stars is because I am cautiously optimistic.. will see in a few weeks/ months if really is the miracle I'm hoping for.
