I found out eggs were a big problem for me. O always had itchy areas on my face and bumps that looked like a rash. I cut out eggs for one week now. HUGE IMPROVEMENT!!!! I'm going to try to cut out some of the other moderate reactive foods and see how better and clearer it can get.

I was given this kit as a gift. For the last 9 or 10 months I have been on gluten-free, sugar free, keto diet. My results were interesting . I was only mildly reactive to anything and those were all the things I eat right now, almonds, coconut, egg whites, etc. Nothing that I have had problems with in the past, corn, wheat, tomatoes showed above the lowest level of reactivity. I didn't feel I really gained any helpful information from this test.

I'm glad they gave two lancelets, because my ring finger was just not cutting it in terms of getting enough blood for the test. I have a HUGE fear of needles but I was able to use these small ones and do the entire process by myself. Very user friendly, and I got the results back 3 days after I mailed it.

One of my extreme allergies was Egg White. I have been eating eggs as a part of my "healthy routine" and didn't know why I had so many problems. Lots of other foods were also on my moderate list. Everlywell did such a great job with the step by step directions, and made it so easy to use this product. It came with everything I need! I got the results back in days! I'm just not 100% on how accurate this is. I did the food sensitivity test, and it turns out I can't have dairy (considering my mom can't have dairy) it seems to be pretty spot on. I've eliminated dairy for my diet and will be supplementing with calcium pills to keep things in order. It's only been a couple of days, but I can see and feel some changes starting to occur!

I bought this to help with dietary changes without one by one trials. I had so many sensitivities tho that I actually feel a bit depressed that there is very little I can eat without expecting discomfort. My docs are quick to suggest meds which don't help much and I am not sure where to go from here.

It's a very well designed product and a smooth process. I'm conflicted with the results and a bit disappointed. I had no high sensitivities but in previous tests I have. I have stomach issues so I was hoping for some conclusions but did not find them here.

This is a great way to identify some things that may be upsetting or not agreeing with your body!! The only con, the prick that is used to prick your finger to get blood can be harsh. I followed the instructions and pricked my ring finger, just to the side and it bruised the tip of my finger terribly and was painful for a few days. My boyfriend has done this as well, he did not have the same reaction. It did do the job though! I only had to prick once. Otherwise it is very easy to use, quick and efficient! I got my results within 5 days of sending out the sample.
