After bloating and hypothyroid issues, I wanted to see if my food choices (I count macros) we're having an effect on performance as well. Great to see that consuming certain foods every day for almost a year has made me hypersensitive. Now I know I need to vary my diet more.

We all use this product for the same reasons. We want to see what foods were sensitive to. I felt my symptoms were random. What I learned was so intriguing. And it makes complete sense. The reason I gave this a 4 is because I thought it would give me a little more results. All in all, I learned a lot. I knew a couple of foods but not most that I am sensitive to. I'd recommend it. Now, onto the elimination process.

I found the results limited but interesting. When I spent that much money for a test, thought there would be results from more than just "what I recently ate". That said, I WAS startled by the results I got and am glad I did it. It's a good start to finding out what foods activate responses (read "issues) when I eat them!

After having a very terrible reaction to something I ate, i thought a food sensitivity test would help narrow down what to avoid in the future. I had no high or medium sensitivities -- which gave me no answers. It arrived timely, and I got my results quickly.

This test is great for those who are curious about their digestive symptoms and whether or not what they're eating is what the issue is. I ordered the food sensitivity kit. Initially had issues trying to get enough blood out of my finger for the sample and messed up my card. They sent me a replacement free of charge. The results are easy to understand and I did take advantage of the free zoom call with the dietician to understand them better. Highly recommend the follow up call if you use this test.

It can be difficult to convince a western practitioner to give you certain tests. This is a great resource to get the information yourself and then go from there. I found this test extremely helpful. I thought I had a gluten sensitivity, turns out it's actually a yeast sensitivity. Now, I can focus my health efforts on that.
