Loved how quickly the test arrived and how easy it was to do. I got the results back really fast, too! I've been struggling with headaches and GI issues so this test gave me insight as to what things I may need to cut out of my diet. It's a good starting point and I'm thankful something like this exists!

Was so excited to be able to get these tests done without having to go to a lab for the draw. Was extremely easy to do..... Great instructions...and customer service was helpful with questions I had. It truly didn't take long to get the results back and was excited to be able to see my results and to be able to print it off for my doctor. Also, these tests are HSA and FSA eligible.

I did the food sensitivity test to find out if there was anything other than garlic I was having issues with and that things that were listed are things that don't make sense to me. Not that I doubt the tests, but having a sensitivity to chicken seems a little weird to me. Still waiting on one more test to come

I had the feeling I had issues with dairy and this test confirmed it...the gluten I already knew. Some things were eye opening because I hadn't eaten them in years such as pears and tuna. The overall process took two weeks from the time I ordered to the results.

I'd really like to be more positive in this review, but I just found out that I had high reactivity to all of the dairy products they tested for, so I'm currently working my way through the five stages of grief. I put off doing my test for weeks because I wasn't really looking forward to making myself bleed, but when I finally did it it wasn't too bad. The results came back incredibly quickly. I would have liked to know more about what the reactivity numbers meant, and it seemed a bit like rubbing salt in the wound to click on the foods I reacted to and read a description of all the nutrients and health benefits those foods contain, but it was easy to read.

My wife first did the test and it was spot on for things that she somewhat knew that she was sensitive to. She did the expanded version which fell in line with her other results. That prompted me to try it. For me it was more out of curiosity. At lunch just yesterday, we talked about it with our oldest son who immediately ordered it. He's the person that eats and exercises for top performance everyday. Excited to see what he comes back with. This also gives me the thought that I need to be really supportive of my wife and just don't look over things that might bother her.

I am so grateful that I heard about this service. I had great skin after getting help from a great dermatologist in my teens to early 20s. Recently, I had a life change and no longer worked in the mornings so I had time for breakfast. Now, I have only come to this realization after the results of this test.
