I am very happy with my results.I was pleasantly surprised by some of the foods that I tested positive for in the test. I am beginning to think I was my own worst enemy by eating some of the foods that I was sensitive to nearly every day. Now I know better!

This test was quick and easy and answered so many questions and shocked me somewhat with the food sensitivity results. I knew dairy was a problem so I started substituting almond and coconut milk and oils in my coffee, smoothies, and cooking and didn't notice much of a difference in the way I was feeling. What was my #1 food sensitivity? Almonds! Secondary? Coconut! Wake up call was basically telling me that even though it seems perfectly healthy, it might not be a good fit for your your particular body!

I love seeing exactly what I should eliminate from my diet vs guessing. I didn't realize that I should've eaten at least a little of each food within 28 days of taking the test for the best results. I randomly started having adverse reactions to shellfish years back. It showed low reactivity, but that may only be because I haven't eaten it in years. Otherwise, it's a great way to help me navigate the best foods for my specific body.

I knew I was having food issues, but I couldn't figure out what to avoid. My test results confirmed foods that I knew to avoid and added some off the wall foods that I had no idea I shouldn't be eating. I haven't had hives again since I quit eating all of the foods that popped up on the test. Extremely happy about that!

I have had so much trouble with many symptoms and doctors couldn't really find anything wrong with me. I was always feeling tired, nauseated and had other gut issues....this test showed I am sensitive to eggs, milk & wheat....sadly that is in everything I eat!! I can't go totally vegan or gluten free but at least I know now what makes me feel so awful!

The Food Sensitivity Test is easy to use and very well thought out. It comes with everything you will need including a band-aid for you finger after the prick. It takes minutes to complete the simple kit and there are also instructional videos online for those of us who are visual learners. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was that it took more than 2 weeks to receive my results.

I was amazed t how quickly I received the test in the mail, I think it was the next day! The results were within the 5-7 days after receipt at the lab that they said it would and they were thorough! The results surprised me, never would have thought those foods might be contributing to my issues but have started the elimination diet happily! Thank you!

I've had terrible stomach issues for years and I've done elimination diets with no luck. Turns out I was eliminating the wrong foods. The Everlywell FS test showed me exactly what foods were causing the issues (foods I had no idea were bothering me) and after eliminating those foods, I feel fantastic for the first time in years! I ordered the test because of some symptoms I've been having that I thought could be related to gut. The test came in quickly and the results were fast, too. The instructions were easy to follow and returning the kit was simplicity. The results were surprising but I am hopeful they will help resolve some of my issues.
