It's helped guide me in a more positive direction, knowing all the food sensitivities I'm dealing with. I think everyone should take this test. It's just good to know...And, who knows it will most likely answer a lot of questions if you're dealing if any gut issues. There's so many things this test can answer. Good Luck!!! And don't wait!!!

The kit was shipped fast, it has lots of instructions and a link for a video. I think they should show you how to use the lancet better. We used both lances with no outcome. Had to email everlywell to change collection date, waiting for new lancets(ordered) to come in Mail. It seems like a lot of blood drips for a little lances poke hole.

So happy I invested in this test. I had always suspected some kind of food sensitivity but so empowering to know the exact foods that were causing me issues. I feel like I can now take the full step to make diet changes. Very convenient and quick results.

I loved the explanations of foods. I would have liked a more personalized explanation about each of the 4 groups and the foods I am to avoid. Not sure what to do about the low reactive foods. I would have liked more advice on how eliminating my particular foods will change the way I feel.

I'm allergic to beer (brewers yeast)....sucks but know I know why I always felt like poo even after just one beer. and I also found out Kale and Myself has a slight issue (not like I'm complaining, I hate the stuff) but its a perk to tell my health coach not to add it to my diet. ALL AND ALL VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PROCDUCT

Just got my food sensitivity test results back and never had any idea I had an issue with eggs... no wonder I always felt bad no matter what I avoided! I LOVE bread! But for years I've had bouts of diarrhea. I had a moderate reaction to wheat but I have cut out wheat in my diet, I use gluten free bread now, and so far so good! Many many food items have wheat in them so now I'm a ingredient reader! I feel SO relieved my "problem" is over!

I bought The kit and got it within 2 days. I got the box of a Friday and shipped it back that next day, by Monday they had received it and I had My results by Wednesday. Super fast. And has really helped me eliminate items and I have Already started feeling better. I really Recommend this one because of the speed. I was Very impressed with how fast i got my results .

The test was easy to use and you receive your results within a week! I just received my results yesterday and was surprised at some of my reactive foods, such as mushrooms and broccoli (both things I love). I plan on eliminating the highly reactive foods and many of the moderately reactive foods from my diet. Hopefully I'll see positive changes.
