The product is great, directions are very easy to follow and the turnaround time is incredible. That being said, I wish it had been more clear up front that if you haven't been eating a certain food for awhile, this test would show no reaction regardless. I took the test to evaluate if I was still sensitive to certain foods and I'm not sure I would have spent the money if I had known this ahead of time.

I took the food sensitivity test because I've been having some issues with reactions. I wasn't sure exactly which foods and hadn't taken the time to do an elimination diet. This test put me on the right track and hopefully I'll be able to enjoy food again like I used to!

Clear instructions and communication about next steps as soon as I registered my kit; quick turn around with results, and useful info with the results. Some of the foods I was reactive too surprised me, others not so much. Curious to see how eliminating those foods helps!

I would recommend anyone who has IBS, who has struggled for years with poor digestive health, had so many tests but nothing confirmed conclusive as to why their tummy hurt ALL! THE! TIME!
