I have suffered with digestive issues for years. I have been gluten free for the past few years which has helped. I still have issues and wanted to find out if there are other foods that may be causing problems. The test was very easy to administer and the results were emailed to me within a few days. I was surprised at the results and have a few foods that I am highly sensitive to. This information allows me to pinpoint exactly what is bother me rather than relying on guesswork. I highly recommend the food sensitivity test if you have digestive or other food related issues.

I saw a commercial for Everlywell and decided to try the Food Sensitivity Test. The process was easy, fast, and guided every step of the way. My results were surprising - I had sensitivity to some healthy foods that I had been eating more of in an attempt to lose weight. Since cutting or reducing my more sensitive foods, my gut feels so much better and the scale is moving again. The fact is, sometimes even the healthiest foods everyone recommends are still not the right choice for you. The test is expensive, but trust me, it's worth every penny.

When there is a moderate reaction, is that a reaction that typically would be recommended for elimination? Does everyone expect to have a low reaction to most foods? I guess I don't understand what is considered something that absolutely will cause side effects / symptoms.

The process was well done. I recieved the package, registered, mailed it in, and recieved my results. I did think the packaging and instructions could be better. The instructions are practically non-existent in the package. You get a link to to a video only after registering. There is tons of cardboad with flaps and holes making it look all glamous but it is just annoying. The mail in envelop is hidden under all the glamour, but nothing tells you that. All three needles broke in my package broke. The twist and pull caps are apparently made with cement! I had to use one of my own needles to draw blood. But it is all worth it when you get the results and learn a little more about yourself than you knew before.

There were a few surprises, that's for sure. Some of the foods listed as high on my reactivity scale I like so I was disappointed to read those scores and some of the foods listed as high are not, so that was fine with me. Now I can look at my chart and decide if it's worth my stomach acting up or not to eat a particular food. The foods that rated Class 3, I'm going to steer away from; this is a good tool.

I'm looking forward to commencing an elimination diet in order to reduce the stress and current body pains I face, and definitely recommend this test to anyone looking for greater insight into their own health.
