I had wanted to see if I had any food sensitivities for a long time. I struggle with skin issues as well as digestive problems, but food allergies came back negative. I found EverlyWell and immediately ordered their test. Pricking my finger was so easy, then all I had to do was wait for the sample to dry and then I dropped it in the mail. My results came back 8 days after my sample reached the lab. I now feel like I can take control of my health since my results are 100% unique to me!

I just received my results and the first thing I tried was to make a copy of the results. I have a MAC and an iPad. Lots of issues sharing to iPages in PDF form and retrieving to print. The final printed copy had a very tiny font, and the color difference between mild reactivity and low reactivity was about nil, so hard to tell at a glance which is which. I thought the ordering process and directions and videos available were excellent. If the printing experience was easier to set up and read, I would give this product five stars

I thought the test was fairly easy to complete and results came back quick. I'm just starting to begin elimination so I'm unsure how it will hel me feel but it's is great to finally have a direction to go in regarding trigger foods that may be causing my discomfort.

I like the product but feel like it's very limited. I eat many more foods on a regular basis than are on this list and have been said to cause gastrointestinal issues, such as beans, soy, etc. I was impressed by the ease and timeliness of the test itself but disappointed that there weren't more relevant foods on the list.

The method of blood collection was not pleasant or easy. I used the lancet on the side of my left ring finger, as advised. I have small hands, and the lancet must have pierced me deeply or on some sensitive area or something, as it's been over two months later and I still feel pain in that spot. the lancet instructions were confusing and not very clear on how to use it, so I wasted the first one by accidentally setting it off. The results were not very detailed at all, and it wasn't really anything new to me. it kept emphasizing how the results do not indicate any sort of allergy or anything, and that any number of symptoms could arise from a sensitivity. I had no real clear information, it was all very vague and indeterminate. I appreciated that it was a quick processing time though.

I never would have thought that egg whites and gluten were my main offenders. Already bought a food sensitivity book and starting my elimination diet today. Recommended it to my mom, who bought the comprehensive test. I got the results so fast and they were very easy to read and understand.

I'd always told people that I didn't have any allergies but occasionally my stomach felt gross after eating. This test demystified showed me that, while I had no major allergies, I had a few 'mild' reactions to things. No wonder I felt icky whenever I ate a dish full of those items!

I got this test to try to help diagnose the underlying cause of some issues- tummy problems and other weird allergy like symptoms. I had suspected kale was a culprit and it happened to be very high on the list of inflammatory foods. I have cut out the other top foods and after a couple of days I already feel so much better. I will definitely test again in a couple months to see if anything has changed. My only complaint is that the add on food test is not available to purchase as a stand alone item.

I love that this test was easy. Great directions. Everything you need. AND I did not have to take time off of work for doctor appointments. To me, the cost was probably cheaper than a doctor appointment that would have also have added lab expenses. I also love that I can look up my ratings whenever and where ever I want until I have it memorized.

My sisters and I have had several gut health issues and taking this test was one step in the right direction towards healing! Very interesting reading the results and seeing the similarities and differences between us all. Great information at hand for moving forward after results are in.
