I have already recommended these testing options to a friend. The results of the food sensitivity test were as suspected with only a few surprises. Nothing was "high"'on the list, so now I'm just trying to figure out what to do with the information as it pertains to my diet and overall eating habits.

The test results confirmed what long suspected- that I'm sensitive (moderately) to breads and cheeses. I found it odd that Everly suggests eliminating certain foods then provides articles about the benefits of those same foods. I would've liked more info on what the numbers mean (e.g. are some of my scores borderline high or low?)

I was surprised gluten did not show up in the results I have been sensitive to gluten for years! I had IBS type symptoms add was put on medication. I was on these drugs for 5 years stopped eating gluten and was able to go off these medications. So I know for a fact that I am sensitive to gluten!!

It took 10+ days to receive my results which was disappointing. I love the thrill of it and looking at foods that I thought might be a problem for me. The only thing I can say is that I am unsure of the accuracy because I have a life threatening peanut allergy and it came up only as a mild reaction, which I know for certain is not the case. So, unsure of the accuracy.

I have been trying to self-diagnose the cause of food sensitivity effects I've been experiencing for nearly four years now and I finally have answers. This test was SO easy. SO worth the money.
