It's a very well designed product and a smooth process. I'm conflicted with the results and a bit disappointed. I had no high sensitivities but in previous tests I have. I have stomach issues so I was hoping for some conclusions but did not find them here.

My last food intolerance test was back in 2011, so it was time to do another test for i know my body wasn't processing certain things. The test confirmed my self diagnosis. I was very happy with everything that they tested for. I have already made changes to my diet to help me get back on track with my health. During this time of flu season it really puts my mind at ease that I am fue!ing my body with healthy food that it tolerates!

I used the product to confirm my food sensitivity suspicions, so my elimination diet will be more specific and useful in getting rid of stomach symptoms. I didn't like how long the process took, it was advertised as this "fast turnaround." "have your digital results at your fingertips in days." I understand the mailing delays are out of control. But after the test arrived back to the lab, it was 3+ business days before they even began processing my test, and another 9 business days until I got my results. I just don't think they should amp up the speediness in their ads if they can't live up to that claim.

My stomach use to swell up to the size of a balloon when I ate certain things but I never knew what. After taking the test, I realized it was simple things I never though of being the problem such as garlic or rye. Now I know what to avoid and can get to a healthier lifestyle. Thank you

This was even better than expected. After months of unexplained rashes and headaches, I decided to order the food sensitivity test. The procedure for procuring the blood sample was very easy, and the results were sent in a timely manner. I determined that I have a high sensitivity to brewers yeast, and since eliminating it I already feel better!

The directions for administering the test were easy to understand and to follow. From mailing in the test until I received the results was only a week's time span. I was delighted to receive the results and to determine the next step in eating to feel my absolute best.

My sister and I did this test at the same time, and we had to poke each other's fingers with the needle thing because we were too nervous to do our own. Maybe because we were nervous about it, the test took longer than expected. We could barely fill three of the circles with blood drops before the blood stopped flowing from our fingers, and we would not have poked our fingers again had we needed to. Once mailed, the lab received mine and my sister's samples several days later and we were notified on the same day that the lab would begin processing the information. My sister's results came two days before mine, but both were received pretty quickly. Aside from the blood draw from our fingers, the test was relatively easy.

I started paying attention to how foods effect me for a few years, I've experienced what I'd consider severe symptoms. I've had full blood panel tests from my doctor and had absolutely no abnormalities/deficiencies. So I'd been eliminating & reintroducing foods for about a year, it's tedious and nearly impossible (in my opinion) to zero in on the culprits. As a vegetarian I'd had a sneaking suspicion that soy and eggs we're big offenders, I'd seem to have the most adverse and residual symptoms after eating those. This test came back indicating extreme sensitivity to only one food...egg whites. It showed moderate sensitivity to egg yolk, chicken, and soy....among a few others. I wish I had done this test FIRST a year ago, instead of blindly eliminating foods, I could have saved myself a lot of time, discomfort, and stress.

The product was well packaged, explained, and easy to use. However, I have read quite a few online reviews that are bashing the food sensitivity test and claiming that it is misleading. There are accusations that proposes results are skewed by what you ate that day. Not sure what to believe! Regardless, I would recommend this to a friend that thinks they have food sensitivities.

Was really hoping that this test would be helpful to identify foods that caused stomach sensitivity and it did not disappoint! It was easy to do and I knew where my kit was throughout the entire process. I loved all the helpful information included in the results. Would definitely recommend!
