I took the food sensitivity test because I hadn't been feeling great and couldn't figure what food was upsetting my system, why I had so many new harmful interactions with food - I took this test and the results were extremely helpful. I realized what I had moderate and mild sensitivities too and showed them to my naturopath. She agreed for me to follow an elimination diet guided by the results. For 3 weeks I have felt really good- the best in 14 months. If you're on the fence of getting this test, get off of it and order the test.

I tell all of my friends and family about these products. It has improved my quality of life. It seemed like everything hurt my stomach. I now know it was gluten and potatoes. Such a relief to be able to go out to dinner and enjoy food again. Thank you Everly Well!

I have had stomach issues for YEARS and ultimately ended up with having my gallbladder removed which helped significantly. But over the years I have reduced my intake of alot of foods and was curious if that was still necessary or not. So I took the test(which was crazy easy) and the directions were very clear. Got my results in about a week and found out I have moderate sensitivity to Soy and Pineapple which I had never considered eliminating and quite a few mild sensitivities that I had already suspected. (Cows milk, tomatoes, gluten, malt, etc) I will continue to reduce my intake of these items and I thought it was a great tool at least to guide you in the right direction.

The process of completing the test and getting the results was pretty straightforward. The results weren't quite as I expected and I'm not sure if that's a problem of the test or if that's just my level of already eating so clean. So not sure I got what I was looking for.

I have had multiple tummy issues for 6 or more years. I was diagnosed with IBS. The minute I received the results of this test, I stopped eating everything that was listed as a sensitivity food. It's been almost a week, and my stomach issues are gone completely. I would have never found all my sensitive foods on my own.

As a life long lacto-vegetarian my diet is exclusively compromised of grains, legumes, nuts , dairy, vegetables and fruits. I was surprised to find out that I was reactive to nuts like almonds and vegetables like bell pepper too!! I give them 3 stars because there's no survey that they conduct to build a profile for existing food preferences or habits. My test results represent no food sensitivity to meat, sea food something I've never eaten all my life. So in that sense, those sections of the test were not necessary or relevant for me.

When there is a moderate reaction, is that a reaction that typically would be recommended for elimination? Does everyone expect to have a low reaction to most foods? I guess I don't understand what is considered something that absolutely will cause side effects / symptoms.

This company provided excellent customer service every time I called with a question. The instructions were easy to follow and the results were easy to read and understand. Compared to other genetic testing companies, their turnaround time for results was really fast!!!

Purchased the Food Sensitivity test. It arrived promptly and was very easy to use. Everything I needed was in the box. I watched the video, read the instructions and had my sample ready to mail within 30 minutes. My test results were ready 5 days later!!!! They were very easy to understand and confirmed some foods I thought might be a problem. I was surprised about a few other problem foods! I've already started my elimination diet with the suggestions from the website! Great Great Product!

I suspected for quite a white that I gphad certain food sensitivities. This test confirmed my suspicions without my having to go to the doctor and order blood tests or other expensive tests. The kit arrived, I provided the samples they required and sent it off in the mail to be tested. I had the results in less than a week. I now know what to avoid and also what to discuss with my doctor if I need to.
