I took the food sensitivity test. It was so easy to do myself, especially with the videos with directions. The test itself came back with a few that i had already suspected were culprits for my symptoms which was so validating. And then there were a few more surprises that I can start taking out of my diet to see which are contributing to my symptoms. All in all I was very pleased with the easiness of taking the test and the quick results that I got. Would definitely recommend!!!

I would highly recommend this test for anyone who might think they are sensitive to foods and even to those who don't think they are because must likely you are eating foods that are not agreeing with your body. You might think feeling achy and slow is normal but it could very well be because you are sensitive to a food you are eating every day. The test was super easy to do and within a few days of sending it back i got a highly detailed report of which foods I was mildly sensitive to along with others that were slightly sensitive. Luckily I wasn't moderately sensitive to anything.

I always had an upset stomach after having diary I always wanted to do a food tolerance test! Guess what came back #1-3 two types of cheese and milk. Sesame also came back and I never would have thought but makes sense I never feel well after Asian food! Cutting my high and moderate this week!

This was a lot more convenient than driving into the city to see my doctor and try to convince them to run a food allergy panel. I've read mixed info regarding IgG tests for this purpose but here are my thoughts. The criticism I see is that your body sees all foods as intruders and creates IgG antibodies for all of them. According to that theory, foods you eat the most would show the highest reactivity. However, my top hit was mustard which I hate though I do have a spice grinder with mustard seed as an ingredient so I have a tiny bit of exposure. Another high hit was almond, which I knew I couldn't tolerate raw but I have roasted sometimes with less reaction. Egg white was one I suspected and hoped wouldn't show up but it did. So in my case, my highest reactive foods were not foods I eat the most often but rather foods I already mostly avoided. In my opinion it's not something to take as gospel, but it's a great starting point if you suspect you may have delayed reactions to foods that make it hard to pinpoint the culprit. You'll still need to do an elimination test of that food to confirm but it gives you a starting point.

Nice to be able to complete the test all from home! Quick turn-around time! Clear results available in three different formats! I had to go out and buy more lancets in order to collect enough blood but I have poor circulation so was not surprised by this. Running up and down steps before poking helped!

The first time i wasn't able to do it right trying to stick my own finger. The second time I had a nurse friend do it. I was expecting a lot of foods to come back but I only had 6 in the mild category. Everything went smoothly and the results were back very quickly.

Since a lot of my offending foods make up cakes, cookies and ice cream. I am hopeful that I will break my weight loss resistance by eliminating these foods. Here's hoping my Major gut problems probably caused by these food allergies will be greatly helped.
