I have been gluten free for over 10 years, but still feeling horrible after eating. I decided it was time to figure things out on my own since doctors weren't really helping (the just kept saying it's IBS). Well after all these years it turns out it's YEAST, not gluten!

I would have liked more info before I took the test. Such as that the blood test only checks for inflammation. That was a good indicator of what I need to be careful of. bhowever, I needed to know the other info I got after the test. Such as I still need to continue certain elimination diet protocols, to check again on things that might effect me. Your suggestions were ok but I've done a lot of research on elimination diets. Not sure others, with less experience and/or info would be helped by the minimal conclusions your test provides

I had suspected that I might be sensitive to certain foods, but didn't want to go on an elimination diet without a place to start. I am planning to eliminate the foods the test says I'm sensitive to after the holidays to see what impact that has on my health.

I always knew I had a sensitivity to dairy, which was validated by my only High Reactivity food being cheese. However, I've cut that out in the past and still had digestive issues that I just couldn't pinpoint. This test told me that I had a moderate sensitivity to peanuts! I eat peanuts or peanut butter EVERY DAY. While this is sad news since I won't be able to eat 2 of my favorite foods anymore, I know it will be for the better. The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because the price is just a little too steep and was a major factor as to why it took me so long to do this test.

The Food Sensitivity Test I used was easy, straight forward, and extremely quick. I had my results about 4-5 days after mailing it off. The results make sense, easy to read. And a lot of the foods I thought I was allergic too or had a sensitive too was confirmed by this test, a long with some that I had no idea about.

The instructions were streamlined meaning they were all found in one place rather than linked to different sites. At the moment I would not recommend this product a friend unless they have the time and energy needed to properly go through all the instructions. Then again, the cost was reasonable compared to other tests out on the market.

This was SO EASY to use, it was idiot proof. Follow the directions & mail, doesn't get much easier that and then you get results. It may not be what you expect but it is interesting & sometimes amusing. It reaffirmed my dislike of asparagus, so there!!

For years I have been determined to help heal myself naturally. I've tried everything. Aside from seeing a hematologist, no one has been able to offer me much help for my intense fatigue. I could have resolved to hardcore migraine drugs when migraines got bad and ignored my dairy sensitivity, but instead I went gluten/wheat free and gave up most dairy products. This test allowed me to see that my dairy sensitivity is much higher then what I thought. I gave up all gluten/wheat and saw noticeable positive improvements for my migraines, but never fully gave up dairy. This test allowed me to recognize I need to give up dairy fully, for the time being, before I introduce other safer products of dairy like cottage cheese (tested lower for that) and goat/sheep's milk. If my addiction to cheese is the reason for my decades-long fatigue, I'm ready to give it up and see how I feel in 3-5 months. I also tested high for a few other things. I only need to give up 8 high/moderate reactive foods, which is very reasonable, but I know the same can't be said for some. I'm grateful that I've trained myself already for the past year to forgo 2-3 of those foods, giving up all 8, I have nothing to be but hopeful that it will help. Thank you Everylwell. I am also getting further treatment for my ferritin issues, so giving up dairy is just one of many natural things I'm trying, in order to resolve several issues. Thanks again.

The purchasing transaction was easy and the test kit arrived quickly. Taking the test was simple and I received results within 10 days. The results were interesting and surprising. I am glad I took the food allergy test with EverlyWell and did not waste the unnecessary hundreds of dollars by going to a local doctor. My next step is to take a test for environmental allergens because I believe this is my real problem.

I'm so glad they include three finger sticks as I did my first finger on the opposite side. I'd recommend sticking the side of the finger that you'll hold closest to the paper. Easy to do on my own and makes me wonder why traditional labs need a full tube! Glad I did this as I had no idea I have so many other sensitivities, other than my celiac disease. This will help me greatly!
