I have IBD and the elimination diets are so strict and don't apply to all. There is a lot of conflicting info on food relation to IBD. I wanted a more specific approach to what bothers my system not everyone's. The kit was easy to use, the directions were clear, and the results were quick. I found out I was sensitive to egg whites which was HUGE as I was eating them daily and ginger as well for stomach issues. Now I have science for my particular issues. I am very grateful this quick and easy and painless test to help me manage my IBD.

I was really thrilled to learn there are several foods I'm eating daily that are likely the cause of my digestive issues! I wouldn't have thought of eggs, chicken or coconut... they're supposed to be healthy!! Since cutting these foods out of my diet, I feel so much better already! I only wish I could do the test again and test for even more foods!

Day 2 since my results were received and my diet was changed due to my results, and I feel better already. For several years I knew I was gluten sensitive and I eliminated it from my diet. For over a month now I've had a severe headache. I had a ct scan, mri, physical therapy and acupuncture. I enjoyed the information. It's interesting that some of the items on my list I don't care for. I could not get through my work firewall to download the information as I could on my phone. I would like to be able to print a list. I have recently become allergic to shrimp and it was a mild irritant , figured it might be moderate but that's not what you're testing for. Since I had moderate gluten I will assume no celiac just reaction.

I received this as a gift because I tend to get non-life threatening reactions to various foods. The idea was to track down what foods cause skin rashes and what food cause gastrointestinal issues and so forth. The test came back with a large number of foods that fell into the mild to low reactivity range. I found this interesting and also discouraging. With so many foods listed it's impossible to cut all these items out known as an elimination diet. This test did help me realize I have mild allergic reactions to many food items and that's just me.
