My results showed the highest possible intolerance to gluten. I am shocked but excited to see how cutting gluten from my diet will change my life. The only reason for the 4 stars is the test was difficult to take, getting that much blood took many try's. I finally figured out it was because my hands were not warm enough and used a heating pad to warm them up.

I took several months to decide whether or not to spend the money on the food sensitivities test and boy, am I glad I finally did! It was really,shocking to see how many of the healthy foods I was eating caused sensitivity in me. Now I have the daunting task or re-working my diet into something I can live with but I'm glad to finally know for sure what I can and cannot have. This will also make a huge difference in how I'm able to deal with my various autoimmune issues.

This test arrived quickly, was easy to perform and my results arrived just as quickly after mailing the kit back to Everlywell. What I found out was which foods I was severely, moderately and mildly reactive to, giving me the peace of mind and the tools to help myself on my health journey.

I have struggled with upset stomach and other GI issues for years, never really could identify what may be the real culprit. Have tried elimination diets, but nothing was ever conclusive. Was suffering from some hive like spots and itching over the past couple of months. Figured it MIGHT be too much dairy, non-organic dairy in major coffee chain coffee that I'd started drinking plus cheese for lunch, etc. Super easy ordering and testing process (finger pricking for blood sample). Quick turnaround (about 5 days from shipping sample) for results. I do think the explanation pages on the website could use improvement. Lots of questions on the Facebook community page from folks who don't quite understand the antibody/food sensitivity test results. Overall though, the results did confirm what I'd thought, plus a bit more. Great way to kick of figuring out triggers and food sensitivities from the comfort of your home!

I recently purchased this test from the persistence of my brother. I wasn't too pleased at the thought of spending all that money, however, my brother didn't relent. Know that I did, I'm so happy to be able to learn all that doesn't agree with me. I've had an issue for the last four years- that revolved my throat feeling tight and my person dizzy with many nights of loosing sleep because I couldn't breathe once I lied down. I tried everything (and avoided everything) just to figure out my issue. (It didn't help that I had a delay reaction to what ailed me. It made it extremely difficult to what in my every day diet was affecting me) So nearly starving myself for all this time, only eating meat and veggies- the test revealed that I was highly sensitive to almonds and peanuts! I knew I had a problem with peanuts, but ALMONDS?! Anyway, I'm happy to now live and eat freely knowing I won't be suffocating any time soon again. Thank you immensely!

I was a little unsure of what exactly to eat/do before taking the sample to ensure the most accurate results. I was somewhat surprised by my results and expected something different based on some symptoms I had been having with eating certain foods before taking the test. It did make me more aware of what to steer away from which was helpful.

I had similar testing done (for HUNDREDS of dollars) about twenty years ago from a doctor with three medical degrees (including in nutrition and allergies). Your test wasn't as complete but it confirmed that many of the things I took out of my diet then were the right decision. And my health improved as a result. This is a good and quick glimpse that I think my husband and son would benefit from doing also.
