I went to a gastroenterologist who told me I was fine, even though I was having severe stomach pain daily. I took this test and was able to eliminate out foods with sensitivity and I have not been having problems since! The only thing I wish was different was the size of lancet that was sent, it bruised my finger for a simple attempt to get blood. Overall, incredibly impressed and would use Everlywell again!

Happy to know my moderate sensitivities, but the "low" Malden me think I had to eliminate those foods as well. The doctor version says all my lows are normal. Very confusing and gave me anxiety thinking I had to give up all the lows too. Would recommend changing to make more clear.

Super easy & helped my stomach issues about 4 days after finding out my results! I've been having stomach issues for about 4 years & always thought it was due to my anxiety. I would of never guessed eggs was the reason I was feeling sick almost everyday & not my anxiety. Eggs are in a lot of food so it explains a lot! The test kit arrived quickly after ordering. The information from the online registration process was exceedingly helpful, especially since the kit instructions seemed insufficient and lacking in pertinent info. Communication from Everly Well was excellent. I was notified of the sample's arrival at the lab and received my results 4 days after that. The results seemed easy to access and I look forward to spending more time reviewing them and making dietary adjustments as necessary. I was surprised by the results - food i thought i had issues with, I apparently don't and the foods that I'm most sensitive to were ones I never suspected.

I was skeptical about doing this test. 1) it is a financial investment; 2) there were mixed reviews. After dealing with some minor, but ongoing stomach pain for years, I decided it was worth knowing. I am very glad I took the test and feel like the investment was worth it. I learned that I am very sensitive to milk, something that had shown up in a past allergy skin test I had taken, but wasn't sure if it was a real issue. It also showed sensitivity to many foods I eat on a regular basis. While I probably won't eliminate all those foods, I will be more conscious about how many of them I eat on the same day in hopes that it will alleviate the pain I'm having. I do think the test is very informative and it was easy to do. I highly recommend it.

The results of my food sensitivity test were shocking. There were items that showed up as reactive for me that I would never have even considered and I will now be able to eliminate them. This company is offering a very easy and vital service right at home.

The product came with understandable instructions and organized packaging. The instructions LITERALLY walked you through each step. From beginning to how you seal the packaging when you're done. Results came in 3 days, well within the 2-4 days it proclaims for processing. I was amazed how many food sensitivities I had. Chicken... really? I've had some suspicions for a while and this test confirmed that I am moderately sensitive to them. I am putting a plan together to begin an elimination diet of the most reactive food. It's still too early to say if it helped or not, but fingers crossed.

This test was incredibly easy to use, and the results were turned around incredibly fast. I had been struggling with food sensitivity and was unable to pinpoint exactly which food was causing the issue. This test provided clear results and now allows me to do a targeted food elimination diet.
