I have been dealing with gastric problems for years. As I have thyroid disease, my medical professionals have really stressed "gluten free". The IGG test shows that my gluten sensitivity is very low but my dairy is high. After one week of no dairy I am already feeling better. It also shows that my yeast sensitivity is moderately high, which explained why some things with gluten bother and some do not. I wish I had this test 10 years earlier! My husband also did this test and his results were completely different, which helped me to feel it is a legitimate test.

I ordered the test because of some symptoms I've been having that I thought could be related to gut. The test came in quickly and the results were fast, too. The instructions were easy to follow and returning the kit was simplicity. The results were surprising but I am hopeful they will help resolve some of my issues.

I did this test and another brands test. Everlywell came up with zero high and zero moderate and only 3 items that were low I was quite surprised that it didn't pick up more. It also took me three tries to get a test accepted. The other brands test came up with a lot more items that I was sensitive to. I feel like it wasn't worth the money

The entire process from beginning to end is very easy to follow and was soooooo much easier than getting an appointment with my doctor and then asking for a test and then being charged tons of money for something that I probably wouldn't get great results from. This test was easy to do, the process and notifications throughout were amazing and I had results back much quicker than estimated and the information was actionable. Highly recommend!

I have a degree in nutrition, and loads of experience tweaking my diet for optimal health. Recently after traveling a lot internationally for work, I noticed new challenges in losing the extra few pounds gained from traveling, as well as other symptoms that felt like allergies, brain fog, joint pain, etc. It's easy to blame that all on aging, but we shouldn't settle for that explanation when we are healthy adults. I took the food sensitivity test and was shocked by the results. So much good information, that will change the way I eat. I've been focusing on the wrong things after all this time. Bought a kit for my husband and youngest daughter who always seem to have seasonal allergies. I think we'll find out there are other culprits at work on their immune systems.

I wish they could use saliva instead of blood. I made my husband prick my finger (ouch) and squeeze the blood out. I was upset at how long it took to get my results (almost 2 weeks, when it should have been 2-4 days). But worth the wait. Happy I finally have an answer for my stomach issues.

The kit came quickly, and instructions were easy to follow. As another reviewer commented, many of the foods that came up were foods I have eaten recently. They were all in the Low or Mild Reactivity Sections which is a good thing, but now I feel like I need to find more answers for my health issues. I thought I purchased an all inclusive food sensitivity test, but after I took it, the company tried to upsell me to get the other test to test 88 more foods... I wish they did it all at once. Overall, it was ok. Instead of having answers, I feel like I have more questions. But I guess that's just the health journey I'm on right now.

I've lived many years avoiding many different foods based on prior blood work. I was at a time when I was starting to add some foods back in, but also struggling with something unknown. Getting these results back in roughly a month ago now confirmed that a couple of the foods that I've added back in are now OK, but a series of dairy related foods are now a big problem. Looking back, this makes sense. Now, 4 weeks later I'm thinking more clearly again and am thankful that services like this exist.

The test was quick and easy to do. I found out I had a high sensitivity to something I was eating daily. It took me by surprise, but I'm happy to know now what's been upsetting my stomach. I only gave it four stars because it took longer than ten days to receive the results.
