I was really hoping the results would really help in determining which foods I should eliminate from my diet. I thought I would have at least some moderate reactivity to some items, but only had mild and low. so I am really no closer to figuring out my GI woes. Guess I'll just have to go back to trial and error.

There was one food in particular I was wondering about and have been trying to not consume as much (haven't eaten in the last 30 days). Knowing what I do now after taking the test, I would have eaten it more before doing the test to have a more accurate assessment of that food

I was a bit surprised at the foods that were at the top of my list. They are foods I don't eat too often, but foods I do love and had just ate the weekend prior to the blood sample I mailed in. I never would have thought that lobster crab and shrimp would have begun at the moderate level. I have read different reviews regarding thus type of testing and am not sure how I feel as using it as a guide now.

My results took more than double the 5 work days they suggested when I bought the test. That in itself isn't bad, but it's the failed expectations that are. The results were clear and easy to use, but there is a limitation to their offering that keeps it from being of maximal utility. If you're already avoiding a food, you may get a finding of minimal reaction to that food. That doesn't mean you don't have a problem with it. The only way you'll know is to starting eating it and retest. The problem is that you have to get the whole test. It would be most helpful if they offered people the ability to customize retests so as not to waste money as they hone in on the answers.

I loved this food sensitivity test kit! It was simple to order, easy to use, and I got my results back quickly. It was fascinating to learn of my different food reactivity levels and which foods to limit. The results format online is well- designed and easy to understand. Very interesting, some food that came up positive, I did know already. Some food were a surprise and some foods that I know really bother my stomach did not show up positive at all. I found it interesting at least to look at some areas to eliminate or minimize with regards to food.

The whole process of the food sensitivity test was so easy. I received my results quickly which confirm some of my suspicions as to which foods might be causing some of my issues. I've elimated those foods and feel much better. Well worth the time, money and effort!

I kind of always knew most of my insensitivities, but still had issues when eliminating them. I found out it was because I substituted with almond for everything and almond was high on my mild list. Now that I've removed almond, as well as my other triggers, I'm feeling better.
