I am pretty surprised by my results. The foods I was convinced were giving me digestive problems are not actually causing me discomfort. I think next time I will do the environmental allergen test. I like these tests because you do not have to go to a dirty doctor's office and they are easy to complete. Highly recommend these products.

I knew I was having food issues, but I couldn't figure out what to avoid. My test results confirmed foods that I knew to avoid and added some off the wall foods that I had no idea I shouldn't be eating. I haven't had hives again since I quit eating all of the foods that popped up on the test. Extremely happy about that!

Loved how easy this was. Got my kit in the mail, taking the sample was simple (though pushing the button on the lancet to poke your own finger was a mind game I had to overcome), and mailing it back was straightforward and easy. Got my results via email 3 days later. :)

I suspected for quite a white that I gphad certain food sensitivities. This test confirmed my suspicions without my having to go to the doctor and order blood tests or other expensive tests. The test told me exactly what I was sensitive too and to what degree. I tired eliminating those food from my diet and noticed a significant change in my health. No more coughing or uneasy stomach.

This test was so helpful to me! I had a feeling many things in my diet were bothering me and hated the idea of doing a broad elimination diet. After receiving my results, I know exactly which foods to begin eliminating from my diet. Highly recommend! One thing to note though, if you have already removed some foods from your diet because you have a *real* allergy to them, this test will NOT detect those. For example, I'm very allergic to bananas so I don't eat them. In this type of test, it shows up as an item that I can eat because it didn't detect any kind of immune response to it (because it wasn't there at all). Just keep that in mind. Other than that, very informative test and I plan to use these results to fine tune my diet!

Easy to take the test, I received results back in the time I was told. So helpful to learn my sensitivity to things I would never have thought to look into! I would have liked a more detailed recommendation of next steps or diet changes, but otherwise clear to understand.
