I had an Issue years ago a recent relapse with Clinically Isolated Syndrome. This is a demyelinating disease that presents itself as lesion(s)on the brain. I have only one lesion and have not graduated to MS, but as a result, have become fascinated learning about inflammation and what role food and diet plays. I just finished reading The Anti Inflammatory Diet by Michael O'Bryan and am in the process of excluding Dairy, Wheat, Sugar, and Alcohol for three weeks. I have noticed a lot of changes and generally feel better. At the same time following this regime I had purchased the Everly Well Food Sensitivity Test. It was good to have the data to back-up what my body was reacting to. Some of the results made sense but there were also some surprises. I have further refined my diet based on the findings and look forward to getting back to better health. It's a good idea to have this information if you plan on following a restriction diet and want to know what exactly your body doesn't like. I highly recommend this product.

Lab service is well appreciated. This type of service should have been available for people who want to take charge of their own heath many years ago. All instructions on how to perform the test and mail in are very simple and straight forward. Results received are very easy to understand and professionally done. I believe people are capable of monitoring their own health through laboratory service, etc. If their results turn up abnormal then they can make a doctor's appointment.

I received this test as an Xmas present this year so I can't review on it's cost as I did not pay for it, otherwise it was convenient and easy to use. I also received test result between the 5-10 business day mark as promised. The only reason I am giving this review a 4 out of 5 star is because I felt I was extremely thorough in reading all documents prior to testing only to find out after I received test results that reactivity results only measure food you've consumed within the last 4 weeks. It read "if you have already identified a symptom causing food and removed it from your diet, you would expect to not see very high reactivity levels against that eliminated food item". Such a big bummer as I had previously tested for food allergies a few years ago and wanted to see where those levels were now, as some can change. I haven't touched eggs or egg related products for as long as I can remember because they were a previously tested moderate allergy for me. Wish I would have known this prior so I could have had a little nibble within that 4 week timespan.

The test was very easy. Extremely efficiently run and I would do it and other tests of theirs again. It's extremely useful to know what could be causing inflammation in my body and my goal is to feel as healthy and energised as possible. This is a step towards that goal.

The process and processing time was outstanding. I love the report you get back - how easy it is to follow and really appreciate that it comes with a printable report for your doctor as well. I am highly reactive to a couple of things that I didn't realize before - it's so helpful in making good food choices . Thanks for a great product and great experience.

I was curious on how this test would go, I had a guess on what I was allergic to, but the test results actually blew my mind! I am so thankful I took it. I think it works great because the top reactor on my list actually gave me hives the last time I consumed a large amount of it and that had never happened to me before so I was confused on what it could be. I am hoping this will be the start to my new diet and feeling better doing the correct things for my body.

I was diagnosed with IBS 6 years ago and have struggled on and off with random flare ups (horrible bloating, pain, cramps, gas). Truthfully, doctors have been of no help and provided no clear direction or feedback. I identified certain foods during this time frame that were clear issues, but really wanted a better medical report of what could be triggers. I used the product to confirm my food sensitivity suspicions, so my elimination diet will be more specific and useful in getting rid of stomach symptoms. I didn't like how long the process took, it was advertised as this "fast turnaround." "have your digital results at your fingertips in days." I understand the mailing delays are out of control. But after the test arrived back to the lab, it was 3+ business days before they even began processing my test, and another 9 business days until I got my results. I just don't think they should amp up the speediness in their ads if they can't live up to that claim.

I have had sneaking suspicions that I am adverse or sensitive to certain food(s) so I thought I'd give Everlywell a try. The cost was perfect and the test arrived fast. The directions in the box, as well as online, were easy to follow and everything needed to safely take the test was included. The process is easy and painless. Shipping back to the lab took a little longer than I expected (philadelphia to pittsburgh took over 10 days) but that is NOT related to Everlywell. My results were supposed to take 4-5 days for me to receive back but I got them in 1!!! Amazing. The follow up communication after, with helpful information about my results and how I can take it a step further, have been so helpful

I was a little skeptical about this test but have been feeling very unwell lately (assuming it was due to diet).
