I had an Issue years ago a recent relapse with Clinically Isolated Syndrome. This is a demyelinating disease that presents itself as lesion(s)on the brain. I have only one lesion and have not graduated to MS, but as a result, have become fascinated learning about inflammation and what role food and diet plays. I just finished reading The Anti Inflammatory Diet by Michael O'Bryan and am in the process of excluding Dairy, Wheat, Sugar, and Alcohol for three weeks. I have noticed a lot of changes and generally feel better. At the same time following this regime I had purchased the Everly Well Food Sensitivity Test. It was good to have the data to back-up what my body was reacting to. Some of the results made sense but there were also some surprises. I have further refined my diet based on the findings and look forward to getting back to better health. It's a good idea to have this information if you plan on following a restriction diet and want to know what exactly your body doesn't like. I highly recommend this product.

I like the product but feel like it's very limited. I eat many more foods on a regular basis than are on this list and have been said to cause gastrointestinal issues, such as beans, soy, etc. I was impressed by the ease and timeliness of the test itself but disappointed that there weren't more relevant foods on the list.

I have struggled with upset stomach and other GI issues for years, never really could identify what may be the real culprit. Have tried elimination diets, but nothing was ever conclusive. After doing this test, the results came back quick, and opened up a whole new range of things to think about and consider as I pursue feeling my best. Very helpful, and fully worthwhile.

The test arrived on time and was simple to understand and use. I didn't much like pricking myself but one has to do what one has to do. I got the results quickly and I acted on those results. I do feel better and I was very pleased with the results. I've recommended this product to more than a couple of friends.

This test arrived quickly, was easy to perform and my results arrived just as quickly after mailing the kit back to Everlywell. What I found out was which foods I was severely, moderately and mildly reactive to, giving me the peace of mind and the tools to help myself on my health journey.

I am kind of disappointed with this test. It was easy to do, draw blood from my finger, send it off (that was a streamline process and was great!) and the results came back pretty timely. However, the results leave much to be desired.... There was not good explanations, detail, it was very vague and basically said I'm allergic to all food in life. While it was good to see that I have a few moderate sensitivities to a few ingredients, that was it. it didn't really explain what or why or how much and just said to basically cut it out for a bit (very minimal suggestions on responding to the sensitivities. I guess I was just expecting more, especially since it was a costly test.

The results from my test gave me the answers I need to help me make good choices when it comes to what I eat. It's nice to see what foods most affect me and now I know to stay away from those. I've already noticed a positive difference since changing out my daily breakfast to not include eggs (egg whites and yolks were high on my sensitivity list)!

Everlywell food sensitivity test is magical! Love that you can do it in the comfort of your own home. The results came back in no time and once I made the diet changes I have so much more energy throughout the day. To make it even better my stomach pains have finally gone away now that I cut dairy out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The test was easy to do. I was hesitant to order the test, based on some of the reviews. I'm glad I ignored them, now. I've eliminated the foods I had even a mild sensitivity to. I feel so much better. I'm only about 2 weeks in and my acid reflux has improved greatly. I also have more energy. I'm sure I will reintroduce some of the foods that I had the mildest sensitivity to, later. I'll just see how things go. I feel the test results are empowering me to make dietary choices that are best for me.

I bought The kit and got it within 2 days. I got the box of a Friday and shipped it back that next day, by Monday they had received it and I had My results by Wednesday. Super fast. And has really helped me eliminate items and I have Already started feeling better. I really Recommend this one because of the speed. I was Very impressed with how fast i got my results .
