I have a degree in nutrition, and loads of experience tweaking my diet for optimal health. Recently after traveling a lot internationally for work, I noticed new challenges in losing the extra few pounds gained from traveling, as well as other symptoms that felt like allergies, brain fog, joint pain, etc. It's easy to blame that all on aging, but we shouldn't settle for that explanation when we are healthy adults. I took the food sensitivity test and was shocked by the results. So much good information, that will change the way I eat. I've been focusing on the wrong things after all this time. Bought a kit for my husband and youngest daughter who always seem to have seasonal allergies. I think we'll find out there are other culprits at work on their immune systems.

Very simple instructions on how to use the food sensitivity test. Fast results! The only thing I had a hard time with was to use the lancet on myself. I just couldn't seem to get over the fear of it hurting (I'm a big baby). Ended up having a friend do it for me.........and it did NOT hurt at all. So quick and easy.

Four things I would improve: 1. Clearer instructions on how to package it up for mailing. 2. Have a simple, one page listing of what foods you test for on your website 3. Create a simple, one page listing of test results for all 96 foods for printing purposes 4. Be able to create more than one user for the same email address! I love your product! This is my third test (first two were in 2015 & 2016 directly with Alletess) -- very helpful for those of us who need regular allergy testing!

My doctor had said don't waste your time with this. Well I already bought it so what the heck. I discovered I was highly off the charts sensitive to brewer's yeast!!! So interesting. I have never been told this in my life and yet when I look back at two allergic reactions I had in the past decade- both involved drinking beer that day. Funny - allergist just tested the food I ate - not the drinks. This isn't supposed to test for allergies just sensitivities but I can't help but find they are related. I can't believe how much food/drink has brewer's yeast. I feel more empowered taking this test and found the information in the results to be a helpful guide in the right direction.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The test is accurate and the process was fast - I suspected several intolerance food items and they showed up in the test as either moderate or high reactivity. Even my dairy issues showed up, and that's something I haven't consumed in several months or more. Overall, great value for the money and almost completely pain free (except the little finger poke!)

I wanted to know about my vitamin D level and any possible food sensitivities. The test was very easy to figure out and the instructions were clear. The only thing that happened was I didn't realize I was supposed to put the whole box back into the provided shipping sleeve (I put the card ziplock bag alone), so I had to cut it back open and put it back in (my fault for not reading the instructions closely enough).

I liked that the test came to my mailbox. I was able to ship it back in my mailbox without paying for the shipment. The test itself was so easy and fast. Definitely will be trying this later on down the road with my kids. Really helped me understand my food sentivites.

I have been having several health issues after eating certain foods. The test identified some of the foods, however some were omitted. I trust the test findings they were very thorough, I have arranged to see an allergist to identify my other issues. Thank you

The test was easy to do. I was hesitant to order the test, based on some of the reviews. I'm glad I ignored them, now. I've eliminated the foods I had even a mild sensitivity to. I feel so much better. I'm only about 2 weeks in and my acid reflux has improved greatly. I also have more energy. I'm sure I will reintroduce some of the foods that I had the mildest sensitivity to, later. I'll just see how things go. I feel the test results are empowering me to make dietary choices that are best for me.
