Food sensitivity test was easy to administer and fast results. It confirmed some thoughts I had about certain foods after a recent elimination diet. It also enlightened me to others foods that may be triggering some issues I am having. Will be trying an elimination diet of those as well.

I have an awful stomach, so I bought this to see what to stay away from. I only had one result, which was squash. Squash is one of the only things that does not bother my stomach, so I don't think this was accurate. I had other people say it worked for them, but not me

I have had my food sensitivities done by a nutritionist a few years ago and I was wondering if they improved or how this test rated. It was a lot of the same sensitivities that the other test showed some have improved some were same Would use it again

The entire process from beginning to end is very easy to follow and was soooooo much easier than getting an appointment with my doctor and then asking for a test and then being charged tons of money for something that I probably wouldn't get great results from. By no means does it give you any diagnosis or full blown answers to possible issues BUT it is a solid starting point to give you a starting point for moving forward and feeling better. There were some things that didn't surprise me and others that did.
