I had some issues with the test initially and the customer service was 5 stars. That said, this was my first food sensitivity test and it came back with results I mostly expected. In order to make the test worth the price, I think EverlyWell needs to expand on their one and done report. For instance, why not offer tailored recipes based upon findings, etc.

This test was easy to order, arrived within a couple days, easy to complete with instructions provided and results showed up in my inbasket a few days after it was sent! Communication from Everlywell has been great. Navigation of my results has also been easy. I've loved the experience I've had thus far with Everlywell.

The test was so easy to do! I received my test kit quickly, and sent it back the day after I got it. I had my results in a matter of days! I was surprised at how quickly it all happened! It answered so many questions about why I haven't been feeling well. Now I know what to start eliminating from my diet instead of just guessing!

I always had a sneaking suspicion that I had some sort of food sensitivity - I had a ton of symptoms but could never get my doctor to test (acne, eczema, unexplained rashes, stomach upset, tired all the time, etc). I found out that I have a sensitivity to Gluten, Wheat, Clams, and bananas, I just started cutting all of the above out of my diet. I can't wait to start feeling better :)

I received this test as an Xmas present this year so I can't review on it's cost as I did not pay for it, otherwise it was convenient and easy to use. I also received test result between the 5-10 business day mark as promised. The only reason I am giving this review a 4 out of 5 star is because I felt I was extremely thorough in reading all documents prior to testing only to find out after I received test results that reactivity results only measure food you've consumed within the last 4 weeks. It read "if you have already identified a symptom causing food and removed it from your diet, you would expect to not see very high reactivity levels against that eliminated food item". Such a big bummer as I had previously tested for food allergies a few years ago and wanted to see where those levels were now, as some can change. I haven't touched eggs or egg related products for as long as I can remember because they were a previously tested moderate allergy for me. Wish I would have known this prior so I could have had a little nibble within that 4 week timespan.

The kit comes with everything you need. The hardest part is squeezing out your own blood, but once that's done it's fairly simple to follow the directions. The results came back in a couple of weeks and that was during the christmas break, so I was very impressed.

This test was quick and easy and answered so many questions and shocked me somewhat with the food sensitivity results. I knew dairy was a problem so I started substituting almond and coconut milk and oils in my coffee, smoothies, and cooking and didn't notice much of a difference in the way I was feeling. What was my #1 food sensitivity? Almonds! Secondary? Coconut! Wake up call was basically telling me that even though it seems perfectly healthy, it might not be a good fit for your your particular body!

I love that the product came quickly, was so simple to use and results were very fast. However, it left me puzzled as to what foods are actually causing intense abdominal pain. The results did not indicate any high sensitivity. I did have 3 moderate sensitivities, but I never feel bad after consuming them and I eat them all the time. In fact, I eat bananas about 4 days a week. In my late 20's early 30's, I began to feel awful after consuming beans and some breads. I do not consume beans at all and breads I have to be very picky about or not eat. I am going to do elimination diet of the 3 moderate sensitive foods just to see if I have a change. I was praying to get some clearer results to help me with my on going abdominal pain, I might have to keep searching.

I love the opportunity to test my body for my concerns. It's personal and you choose what to test. The doctor may overlook some issues or underlying issues or maybe you want to test for something that your insurance doesn't cover! I love this and I recommend to my friends and family.

I think the user experience part is good - the website and the process. That said, the results, based on what you pay for, lack much of an opportunity for a plan of action. The "cards" are nothing more than what someone could find on their own in terms of info.
