I bought the at home Food Sensitivity kit because I was beginning to have questions about how the food I was eating was affecting my health. Watching the video on how to draw your own blood was extremely helpful to me. The steps were very easy and the directions are very clear. I would recommend this kit to anyone who may have questions about how certain foods are interacting with you body.

I have an awful stomach, so I bought this to see what to stay away from. I only had one result, which was squash. Squash is one of the only things that does not bother my stomach, so I don't think this was accurate. I had other people say it worked for them, but not me

My Husband and I have had stomach issues related to different foods that we couldn't quite pinpoint. We both did the test as a way to break down exactly what we were sensitive to. Some of the results were surprising and others were not. We were able to eliminate our moderate to high sensitivity foods and have both felt incredibly better.

I love the idea of being able to test for food sensitivities at home due to the many obstacles in receiving healthcare these days. I got my results back faster than I expected. The longest wait time was the shipping back to the facility, but that's due to USPS issues. I was surprised that I only had mild food sensitivities to 4-5 foods and I am skeptical of the results. I have eliminated them from my diet and it is too soon to tell of any changes.

I have dealt with stomach problems for the past several years. As of recently I've been having signs and symptoms that I have been trying to figure out. I have done different food modifications as well as had different lab work and stool studies to only rule out that I don't have any infectious diseases going on with me or that my food modifications has had limited long-term effects. I actually saw a commercial for Everlywell between the computer and television. I had debated on purchasing it, and when all other measures were lost decided purchase it. It was very interesting with the results and I was able to take it to my follow-up gastro enterologist appointment. They were able to help me change further some other food modifications as well as other testing that normally wouldn't be tested. I'm very appreciative for this test, it's thoroughness and would recommend it to anyone!

So easy to use and post off, and the results are easy to understand and informative. There were some surprises, and some confirmation of what I already suspected. I wish there were more foods covered for a more comprehensive test (or maybe an additional test on top of this one?) but it was really useful for me.

I would recommend having someone help you and definitely eating a little something before collecting your sample if your squeamish like me! It was super simple and only took about 2 minutes to finish. Delivery of my sample took a little longer than expected due to the holiday rush but I can't hold that against everlywell! My results were completely shocking and nothing I've ever heard before. I can't wait to try my elimination diet and see if these foods are causing any of my symptoms!

The process is efficient and easy vs. an expensive and time-consuming blood test. The results give you a view of the foods at the root cause of your health issues. I would have liked to see more food tested, as I know some that cause me discomfort were not listed.

The test was easy to use and you receive your results within a week! I just received my results yesterday and was surprised at some of my reactive foods, such as mushrooms and broccoli (both things I love). I plan on eliminating the highly reactive foods and many of the moderately reactive foods from my diet. Hopefully I'll see positive changes.

The first time I sent in my sample, it wasn't sufficient. I'm surprised because I thought I filled in the circles well, but the second time it went through okay. I'm happy with how quickly my results came through and the results are definitely going to help me in my eating and health.
