The test was easy to use and you receive your results within a week! I just received my results yesterday and was surprised at some of my reactive foods, such as mushrooms and broccoli (both things I love). I plan on eliminating the highly reactive foods and many of the moderately reactive foods from my diet. Hopefully I'll see positive changes.

I thought the results were great! I knew dairy was my main culprit and the test showed it. I was also surprised by some of the others too but it really helped me to eliminate certain foods from my diet and help get my life back from years of tummy issues. There may not be medical studies to prove, but I am medical and I feel like some of the medical ways to treat are not always right for everyone. Would highly recommend!

I have been having chronic hives and digestive issues for years now, and a friend recommended this test. I am so happy with the results! Turns out I am moderately reactive to dairy, gluten, egg whites, wheat, and garlic. I have eliminated them from my diet and am feeling so much better. The kit is easy to understand and use. I didn't expect everything to be done so quick and that the process would be simple and the emails I received communicating every step of the process was amazing. Since getting my results I have don't my elimination diet and been reducing my intake of reactive foods. I'm so glad I took this test because I had no idea cows milk would be my biggest sensitivity! I have mixed feelings. I did post my referral link on my health coaching page, but when my son's and my tests came back nothing came back more than with mild reactivity 10-12 mildly reactive and they were fresh foods we probably wouldn't remove from the diet. I was underwhelmed with how it turned out. I would recommend but only as a first step.
