I had been having stomach issues for quite a while and thought it was just one food causing the trouble. With this easy test I was able to find out multiple foods I had been consuming every single day are also causing sensitivity. Happy to have answers and be on my way to feeling better.

Which is a good thing - it's interesting to see what you react to...(everything that is in beer which makes me super sad!) Even though I didn't have severe reactions to any food I'm still going to cut back on dairy products and limit alcohol. if you're afraid of needles I do not suggest poking yourself.

I didn't feel like my body was digesting at its optimal state, I tried keto diet which seemed to make it worse. I've never eaten a particularly awful diet but my body was not responding the way my husbands was with keto. I have an IgG deficiency so I looked up this product. I felt confident this could give me the answers I needed and it did! I'm moderately sensitive to dairy! Along with a few other things, I can now begin to start eliminating and substituting to see how my body responds. After a few days of eliminating certain foods, I can already tell a difference. It's a neat concept and pretty easy to take your own sample, but the results are fairly vague. There were some foods that I didn't expect to see, which will be interesting to experiment with further. However, I cannot eat strawberries or tomatoes without breaking out in canker sores, yet these were deemed low reaction foods, which surprised me. I think this may be more of an expensive novelty than an insightful test.

I used it to figure out if i had any sensitivities (more) in my nutrition. I have had food allergies for a while but this test gave me a huge insight as to what things in my diet i should additionally avoid. Super easy to use and got results back in less than a week. It is also very descriptive and informative about future food preparation.

After I had my three-year-old son it seems like I was allergic to all alcohol. After having my one year-old son, I got sick and tired of wondering what was going on with no answers from my allergist. I would definitely buy this product again. I was a little shocked by the results. I have a reaction to bananas and 13 other foods. I was a little shocked by some of them but expected the reaction for some as well. Great test! I am purchasing it again for my son to take.
