Ever since I gave birth to my first child I have experienced bloating. At first, I thought it was just post partum symptoms. After 16 months I decided it was probably something in my diet. The whole process of the food sensitivity test was so easy. I received my results quickly which confirm some of my suspicions as to which foods might be causing some of my issues. I've elimated those foods and feel much better. Well worth the time, money and effort!

I have had stomach issues for years now. After taking the Everlywell food sensitivity test and seeing which foods were likely to be problematic for me I have since eliminated those foods from my diet and now feel so much better. Just having the knowledge of foods that "may" be an issue and having the tools to help eliminate them has been a blessing. I highly recommend the Everlywell Food Sensitivity test.

The test itself was easy and great, I should have hydrated more for an easier blood drop. I always have a feeling about Gluten/Wheat/Bran/Milk I would get flemmy, but Eggs, and I know yogurt is milk, I make my own - I will have to think about it. But great to know. One thing to suggest is to add more research and links to articles to learn more, technically, about the results and levels. I have not looked it up yet on my own.

I loved the explanations of foods. I would have liked a more personalized explanation about each of the 4 groups and the foods I am to avoid. Not sure what to do about the low reactive foods. I would have liked more advice on how eliminating my particular foods will change the way I feel.

The one thing that was not super clear right away was the differences in the levels of the reactions, and it would have been helpful if that would have been more clear.

Was so excited to be able to get these tests done without having to go to a lab for the draw. Was extremely easy to do..... Great instructions...and customer service was helpful with questions I had. It truly didn't take long to get the results back and was excited to be able to see my results and to be able to print it off for my doctor. Also, these tests are HSA and FSA eligible.

I had many tests done at doctors' offices in my teens with no results. I took this test and got the results last week. I found out I was sensitive to things I eat often and never realized they were causing my stomach issues. I've cut them out of my diet and cannot believe the results.
