I have had two sensitivity tests done in the past by my naturopath and decided to try Everlywell this time and was very pleased with the process. The test was easy to complete and send in. The results were available within days from mailing the tests and the results were comparable to what the DO provided.

Purchased this test as a present to myself to get healthy in the new year. I was curious to see what foods I should maybe eliminate from my diet to feel better. This test was easy to do and the results came back super quickly. Now the ball is in my court to change my diet to make my insides happy.

I had an Issue years ago a recent relapse with Clinically Isolated Syndrome. This is a demyelinating disease that presents itself as lesion(s)on the brain. I have only one lesion and have not graduated to MS, but as a result, have become fascinated learning about inflammation and what role food and diet plays. I just finished reading The Anti Inflammatory Diet by Michael O'Bryan and am in the process of excluding Dairy, Wheat, Sugar, and Alcohol for three weeks. I have noticed a lot of changes and generally feel better. At the same time following this regime I had purchased the Everly Well Food Sensitivity Test. It was good to have the data to back-up what my body was reacting to. Some of the results made sense but there were also some surprises. I have further refined my diet based on the findings and look forward to getting back to better health. It's a good idea to have this information if you plan on following a restriction diet and want to know what exactly your body doesn't like. I highly recommend this product.

Unfortunately I thought this test would tell me I had a few foods allergies or that I react negatively to some foods and should avoid them. Instead not one food seemed to show any big issues. Odd, because every time I eat dairy or gluten my stomach swells and hurts a lot but this test said I am ok to both. Not sure this test helped me at all.

I have been struggling with health issues for awhile. I couldn't figure out what was going on. My friend from work recommended this product, because she has the same health issues. The product did not give completely accurate results. I've had doctors do allergy tests before but thought I'd try this for my intolerances, I am deathly allergic to ALL nuts. The results did have all nuts on it but many were "mild" or "normal" reactivity. The order was interesting as I know how some of them affect me more than others but it was helpful to see some extra things affecting me.

Very easy and convenient at home test. I'm bummed to find out that I'm highly sensitive to peanuts and wheat. However at least now I know and will avoid these foods for a while and see how I feel! Been suffering from stomach discomfort and inflammation. I only wish more foods were on this test.

I've had stomach aches after eating for a lot of my life, and while I thought I knew what was causing them, taking this test showed me that I was close, but had missed a couple of big categories that I'm sensitive to that I was slightly wrong about. For instance, I thought I was sensitive to fats in general, but no, it turns out to be specifically dairy, and especially yoghurt, which I would never have guessed. I've eliminated the things that I had the highest sensitivity to and already feel much better. Great test, completely worth it!

I received 2 moderates cow milk and malt. I never have malt and what USA miderate with cow milk. Results were not understandable in terms of what to do. The other 70 or so we're every food on the normal diet. I was left feeling I had no usable information and was taken.
