The sample gathering and submission process was clear and easy. Getting text updates when the lab received my sample and when my results were ready was great. The disappointment is in the results. It is kind of like, OK, now what? I now have a list of things I'm sensitive to but have no idea what to do with it. There's not enough information about the scoring system and what it means. Instructions mention elimination diet but don't tell you which (rated) foods to focus on. And the scaling and significance is weird. Just not clear enough. I don't know what to do with my results.

Not sure how to interpret the results in any truly meaningful way. I have no moderate or high reactivity; I only have items in the low or mild level. So I'm not sure if this means I have nothing to worry about or not. Does 'mild reactivity' mean I have a low chance of reacting to these foods? Or, does it mean I will likely react to them but the reaction will be minimal? I don't know if it's worth the whole elimination diet thing. I have a low/mild reactivity to just about every type of food known. Removing all these from my diet at one time would be impossible. I guess this test would be valuable to anyone who gets results that show high reactivity to a particular food. But that's not the case for me.

So glad I did this food sensitivity test. I've been battling cystic acne for years and am tired of being on medications and using topicals that just seems to be a bandaid. After doing some research I found acne likely stems from the inside out, meaning your gut, hence my interest in taking this test. I am shocked to find out I have sensitivity to healthy foods (to name a few: egg whites, tropical fruits, yogurt) I was eating multiple times a week! These were the culprits to my "unhealthy" gut. Since this test, I have eliminated them from my diet and will slowly introduce to see how they are affecting me. Overall, I am glad that I did this test because it cleared up my thinking of the foods I thought I was sensitive to which turned out I am not, hooray for no sensitivity to berries and cheese! I am giving a 4 star rating due to the timing it took to get my test results. Be prepared to wait the full 30 days for your results.

I have been having GI issues for quite some time. MD recommended low FODMAP diet. I thought I'd add this food sensitivity test to help me pinpoint specific foods. Test was easy to do. Great directions. My results had suprises and some suspicious confirmed. Worth every penny!

Have psoriasis and was looking to see if I had sensitivity to gluten. While most of my sensitivities are mild the foods are all those that I regularly eat as part of my weight loss program. Now trying to determine if the eating of multiple foods is causing the psoriasis.

I have been tested for Lyme and other tick borne illnesses, as well as countless other tests by my general doctor and gastroenterologist including a colonoscopy and endoscopy. There are no medical explanations for my discomfort, so I thought it would be helpful to find out if a food sensitivity might be a contributing factor. After taking the test and finding out results, I am planning to make changes to my diet to see if my health improves. I'm grateful to finally have some answers and a direction to go toward as far as treatment options go.
