Once I sent in my sample, it took about a week for my results to come back. My results were well explained and easy to understand and I am excited and hopeful to start feeling better after eliminating foods I now know my body is sensitive to. 5 stars!

The blood collection was easy. However, trying to get enough saliva first thing in the morning is pretty much impossible. Surely, the test can be revamped to take less saliva or at least not collect first thing in the morning. I would recommend the test based solely on ability to get results.

I didn't feel like my body was digesting at its optimal state, I tried keto diet which seemed to make it worse. I love the idea of being able to test for food sensitivities at home due to the many obstacles in receiving healthcare these days. I got my results back faster than I expected. The longest wait time was the shipping back to the facility, but that's due to USPS issues. I was surprised that I only had mild food sensitivities to 4-5 foods and I am skeptical of the results. I have eliminated them from my diet and it is too soon to tell of any changes.
